Not only is the food absolutely delicious, but the atmosphere is peaceful and welcoming, with Hindu-inspired decor that makes you feel like you're in a serene Eastern oasis. From the burgers, nachos, wings, and wraps to the healthy fare like salad and acai bowls, every dish is made with fresh, wholesome ingredients. It also contains a vegan bakery named Shaboba, complete with cupcakes, cookies, cheesecake, pastries, and boba teas. The staff is incredibly friendly and knowledgeable about the menu, and they're always happy to answer any questions you might have. 4worldlovers: Stephanie Morgan started Seabirds as a food truck in 2010 to provide food that she herself wanted to eat. The menu was local, organic, scratch made, and free of junk. As Seabirds has grown from a food truck into three Southern California restaurant locations- Costa Mesa, Long Beach, and Los Feliz- the artisan approach remains true. We continue to make just about everything from scratch, we utilize local produce as the base of our menu, and use unique flavor combinations and creative techniques to make dishes that are delicious and satisfying. Penny Quantz: This was my first time and from the moment we entered to when we left the employees were friendly, attentive, and helpful. The food was so yummy; the flavors lit up my taste buds! I had the purple potato taquitos, a beer battered avocado taco, and blueberry mint lemonade. I'm looking forward to visiting the Los Feliz location and enjoying another wonderful meal.

Both bowl and pita were filled with delicious veggies. The pita bread was fresh and fluffy. Falafels absolutely one of the best I've ever had.

Tom Ingram: We went to this place for the first time yesterday. The place looks very basic and could do with a bit more decor. The service when we got there was very good. As they were very busy we were told roughly how long the food would be. It actually came quicker. I went with the Red Dragon and the Aocado Roll. Both were exceptionally good. Great tasting and well presented. The Red Dragon roll was just something you have to try. It was that good. I get the impression that the Vegan Castle is run by a couple of younger guys who do not have the money to spend on the decor yet. But that does not matter. The food is that good. We will be back for sure, many times. And I must not forget. Itvis all vegan.
