Most of the ingredients for our sauces, dressings and condiments are organic. We use organic produce whenever possible, and increasingly our produce comes from our own heirloom farm in Escondido (which is pesticide free and working towards organic status). Our breads and pastries are made with unbleached flours. Everything we carry uses vegan sweeteners exclusively (e.g., organic agave, organic evaporated cane juice etc.).


Many of our menu items contain the following allergens: peanuts, tree nuts, soy, & wheat/gluten. Please be aware that all our equipment is shared, so there’s always a chance of contamination with the above-mentioned allergens. If have an airborne allergy, unfortunately, we aren’t set up to serve you.
