We get several flavors and cut them up so everyone can have a little of each. The must haves are strawberry, lemon, and royal white with chocolate frosting. Soo good!

Dawn Faessler: Nonna Mercato is a much needed addition to the Bixby Knolls and Cal Heights area. The focus is on French and Italian style pastries with sourdough bread, bagels, English muffins, pastas, and other items available. It feels like you could be at a quaint cafe in Europe while enjoying a kouign amann or croissant al fresco with expresso.I’ve tried a majority of the pastries and my favorites so far are the passion fruit kouign amann, matcha white chocolate croissant, and the savory vegetable hand pies. Everything is so good that you don’t want to share 😉 I usually get a sourdough loaf every week for avocado toast and sandwiches.At some point they will offer a lunch and dinner service as well as brunch on the weekends. Looking forward to those offerings, but for now I’ll try the to go pasta and sauce in the refrigerator section😋

The cake had a rich, velvety texture and the flavor was spot on. It was so much better than any bundt cake I've ever had.The cake maker at Creative Cakery was able to incorporate all of the flavors I requested into the cake, and the end result was a true masterpiece. The presentation of the cake was also stunning. It was decorated beautifully with intricate designs and vibrant colors that added to the overall experience of the cake.In addition to the delicious taste and impressive presentation, the customer service provided by Creative Cakery was top-notch. They were very attentive and accommodating to my requests, and they made sure the cake was ready on time for the special occasion.Overall, I highly recommend Creative Cakery for their custom velvet cakes. So yesterday I drove there from San Diego only to find that Sweet Jill had so much more than these amazing buns! So I’ll need to return to try more amazing desert from Sweet Jill’s!!
Alex DeMartino: After hearing how good this bakery was we were super excited to try this place. Everything was very tasty, but nothing was special. The customer service was great and very friendly. We got a cinnamon roll, a German chocolate upsidedown slice and a snicker doodle. Can't rave about any of them. The German chocolate was the best, the cake was moist. The snicker doodle was a little bit dry. And the cinnamon roll was just a little bit plain. If you want a sweet treat you can definitely find something here, but not some place that is worth traveling for.

Service is outstanding and I always see they are very patient with people looking around and making decisions as there are lots of goods to choose from.

Have you ever had that dread that comes with knowing the best dishes on the menu or in the kitchen will definitely not be celiac safe? Well, this place has you covered. The whole place is gluten free AND they'll welcome you when you come in. I typically feel out of place when I'm at a restaurant or any food establishment that isn't a designated gluten free establishment. Not here.When I went the staff was so kind and we ended up chatting a bit about diagnoses. The employee helping me even warmed up a mocha cookie for me in the back of the shop because it's extra special that way.I've also tried their cheesecake and it's chef's kiss mwah.I don't live in CA but I'm going to make sure I come back go this place every time I visit. It's on par with Mariposa in SF or NoGlu in NYC.

Rock C C Conway Jr: but the flavor, divine!The service was TOP NOTCH! Only 2 customers allowed inside @ a time but when it was our turn, you wouldn't have had better service on Rodeo Drive. The person who served us took her time and was VERY ATTENTIVE with my wife who was very much a kid in a candy store.More later as my wife takes all the goodies we got her for a TASTE DRIVE!!!
