Oscar Zelaya: No need to go all the way to Porto's if your in long beach this place will get the job done and then some! Their potaoe balls are better than Porto's and they have way more empanand combos, chipotle dipping sauce is amazing, on top of that they make amazing deserts. It's a no brianer just go and thank me later.
James: I’m so sad I didn’t find you sooner! The empanadas were super tasty and the sandwiches were just what I wanted for lunch today. Service was fast and friendly and everything tasted great. I did make the mistake of not adding a tres leches cake to the order and had to make an impulse purchase at the counter.

Traci Spencer: My second trip to Obra. Does NOT disappoint. This time we ordered the Cuban Sandwich. I’ll just say I’m elated this place is up the street from me. Truly a outward “yum” experience. They add a cilantro green spread that take this Cuban to the next level. I held on to my sandwich until the next day. Fabulous cold, that speaks volumes as to the quality of the food, for me. The Empanadas are always amazing , the salmon color dipping sauce, heaven!!The staff is great and super friendly. Be prepared to spend💸, it’s all worth it 100%
David G: Empanadas! This is why I like to stop here when I do go their way. Their empanadas are uniquely made and very flavorful. They have chicken, beef and chorizo combinations that are quite tasty. They make other fillings like potato but these are my favorites. Each one is stamped with a name to describe what’s inside. You can buy a few of them to take home or you can get one or two with a coffee or a cafe mocha. They have outdoor seating if you want to enjoy your empanadas al fresco.

We first tried the Pandesal from a local store in Florida while on vacation and we were blown away by how amazing they tasted! Once we found out they shipped- we ordered right away. We had a small issue with shipping and contacted the bake shop to let them know. We are blown away by their wonderful customer service and how accommodating they were! We wish that there was a store close to us that carried their baked goods but we are very grateful they ship nationwide! We will be recommending their bake shop to all of our family and friends in the US!
Chelsea Chamroeun: finally made my way here after wanting to check it out for a while! the dark chocolate ube cookie was to die for. 🤤 everything is very reasonably priced. pretty much every baked good was like $2-$5, except entire cakes of course.the only thing that could make it better would be vegetarian lumpia!! we wanted some so bad but all they had was pork!

The cookies are also very tasty and they have a gluten free option with their flourless chocolate cupcakes. Not sure if it's safe for allergies. So this afternoon I went to the store in Long Beach off of Lakewood Boulevard. The bahn mis are tastier, larger, more flavorful inside toppings, more meat, AND more affordable. on a second trip i decided to try their hand foods, i filled two small bags with an assortment of different delicacies, both savory and sweet types i got 8 different kinds! And my total was $11.50!! And it was all so tasty and flavorful! So glad this place is open. And the two people who attended me were so sweet and attentive, i believe they are the owners.FYI They accept all major credit cards, debit and cash.
Pedro C: Decent food for the price. The sandwich and tea were good quality, while the fries and eggrolls I had were pretty mediocre. In fact the eggrolls we're almost too oily for me.The worst thing about this place though is the parking. Park on the street or expect to wait 10+ mins to find a spot. Its really bad.

We recently purchased a cake for my parent’s wedding anniversary. The staff member assisting us gave us some great suggestions and their cake ended up amazing. The little added attention made their anniversary so special. Everyone commented on how beautiful the cake was.

I had the mini carrot cake, strawberry sprinkled, and Red Velvet! They were all truly delicious in their own way!!My interview is at 2 PM and they close at 4 PM if I don’t get the job I will stop and get a cake back to Vegas and if I do I’ll still stop back by and will be a customer for life!! 🤗🤗🤗
april franklin: I got a bunch of stuff to try for a party.. and then I got the cinnamon roll. Best I've ever had in my life. Better than my grandpa's and my family would have my head for saying so. The cookies I was not a fan. The cupcakes were really good not to sweet the canoli was amazing the custard filled Danish was heaven in my mouth. They had a coconut cookie half dipped in chocolate, I don't know what it's called but it was devine the chocolate was dark , which I don't normally like but it was the perfect pairing. The snikerdoodle was good .. those were the only cookies I loved .. none that I hated just some were dry and not a lot of flavor . I got the carrot cake cupcakes and strawberry Soo good. The banana muffin was the perfect texture, and not to sweet. Everything was beautifully done . I was serious impressed and went back the next day for another cinnamon roll by my self.

elc2k: I was driving by and smelled the fresh bakery fooss so I made the u-turn and checked it out. I got one of each croissant and one raspberry cheesecake. Biting into the almond croissant was sooo good, it is the best quality I have ever tasted in my life. They are big, heavy, moist, fluffy, refreshing. Try them out!
