Our custom kitchen remodel included the fridge cabinet-enclosure built exactly to my Zephyr's dimensions. When I called Jimi, my sales lady who sold me the unit 2.5 years earlier and explained that the repairman said the fridge could not be fixed... that's when I experienced Friedmans' unwavering commitment to customer service kick-in. Jimi contacted the Zephyr Rep and he immediately called me to confirm the model and color of my unit. A new updated model arrived at my doorstep days later and I had 4 follow-up calls from Jimi & Joe to ensure everything had been resolved to my satisfaction. They delivered the same day and installed it for us, they even took the broken dryer we had. Best thing is their 3 month warranty.
