Our custom kitchen remodel included the fridge cabinet-enclosure built exactly to my Zephyr's dimensions. When I called Jimi, my sales lady who sold me the unit 2.5 years earlier and explained that the repairman said the fridge could not be fixed... that's when I experienced Friedmans' unwavering commitment to customer service kick-in. Jimi contacted the Zephyr Rep and he immediately called me to confirm the model and color of my unit. A new updated model arrived at my doorstep days later and I had 4 follow-up calls from Jimi & Joe to ensure everything had been resolved to my satisfaction. Tien Tran: I had a great experience with Paradise Appliance and with Dan, the technician who came to repair my dishwasher. In the few times that I called Paradise Appliances, the phone responses were prompt. In addition to the 3 hour window appointments, Dan called me about 30 minutes before his arrivals. He was not just knowledgeable in troubleshooting and repairing the appliance but he was also very careful to use shoe guard and to cover the floor where he took out the appliance.
