I'm astonished at how much I've improved since my first session with a physical therapist. I couldn't do what I now regard as fairly simple balancing exercises, especially with eyes closed. She has a doctorate degree in physical therapy and I felt confident that she wouldn't recommend anything that might cause an injury.
