Our custom kitchen remodel included the fridge cabinet-enclosure built exactly to my Zephyr's dimensions. When I called Jimi, my sales lady who sold me the unit 2.5 years earlier and explained that the repairman said the fridge could not be fixed... that's when I experienced Friedmans' unwavering commitment to customer service kick-in. Jimi contacted the Zephyr Rep and he immediately called me to confirm the model and color of my unit. A new updated model arrived at my doorstep days later and I had 4 follow-up calls from Jimi & Joe to ensure everything had been resolved to my satisfaction. I honestly can't remember the last time I was treated so well. Thank You Friedmans, Jimi & Jeff!

They delivered the same day and installed it for us, they even took the broken dryer we had. Best thing is their 3 month warranty.
