Susset Bazan: Don’t usually like going inside the stores. But I came to pick up an order I made online and the sales associate, Juan, greeted my family and I right away. It was a bit busy when I got there. The pick up process was fast and easy. But I took advantage to ask a few things regarding my account. Regardless of the busy store, Juan did not act in any way of trying to just give me my order and finish to assist someone else. He gave me some advice as well and reminded me of certain perks I get for the purchases. Overall it was a good experience. Thank you Juan for your help today.
