Deena Deutsche: I came here to pick up a pre order. There was a cashier helping a customer, a girl helping another with ballons and two guys talking nehind the counter. After a few minutes there were two of us customers, one at the register and me. The two guys were talking about a customer one of them had earlier and the girl with the ballons walked away. No one single employee askes me if I needed assistance even though I was standing right in front of the counter. Ten minutes went by and I had to ask the cashier for help.I will never go back.

I want to thank her for her assistance. She went above to help. I'm on a knee scooter n we also bought 10 for $1 candies! We're going back for graduation next week!

They had the number I was looking for but not in the colors I needed. However, they offered to custom make it and have it ready for the date I needed the piñata. Cynthia R.: Needed a Tom and Jerry piñata and they told me "unfortunately they don't have one, but if I printed off 2 pictures of it they would be able to put it on a piñata." Super helpful since I already called 6 other places and they told me it would take 2 weeks. Brought the pictures and they did it right then and there. I love the piñata, it's so cute. They asked if I wanted to add anything to it and I didn't want to cause it was perfect in my eyes. I definitely be coming back for future birthday party needs.

My husband and I needed a Peppa Pig piñata and a Wednesday piñata and right away she found us what we needed and even went out her way to do some modifications to a piñata to make sure we got what we wanted and were happy with our purchase!! !
