She will warm up the muscles by stretching and follows it with the massage. Before the session starts, I communicate and let her know my focus areas and she always confirms and follows through. She always checks in for pressure. Communication is the key, it doesn't mean that you have to talk the entire session but let your therapist know when the pressure is not enough or too much.P.S. I highly recommend tipping in cash and PLEASE tip them well.

My masseuse was AJ, and she was very good, particularly with the stretches that helped ease some of the tension. I found the combination massage really interesting - it’s a bit more involved than your typical Swedish, in a thorough and helpful way that eases your body tensions. I look forward to coming back!
