Victor is amazing! When I first called him, he was busy for 2 weeks, so I called another local handyman…BIG mistake. They hung shelves and within 2 weeks I came home and they had fallen. They weren’t installed correctly and with the wrong hardware. I then called Victor, waited my turn, as he is busy (understandable) and my shelves are up correctly and perfect and my closet is beautiful!!! He did a lot of other hanging, etc and everything is exactly as I wanted. He is professional and kind and efficient and if you need something done…wait for the best!

I had 2 apartments that tenants left…..destroyed. I had 4 contractors come out and as I walked through with them- they all - recommended replacement. Victor was the only one that pointed out he can fix /patch/ clean to salvage 3 doors/ stove/& toilet. While I did have to replace 2 faucets, light fixtures, all the blinds, fans, and even the sliding closet doors (because they were missing). Victor did a great job and in a timely manner. Only con is that since he is that good and honest- he gets pretty busy. But if you want things done right. He’s your guy.

Victor reviewed a list of tasks over the phone and then an appointment was scheduled. He was able to complete most of the tasks from the list during the first appointment. Some tasks had to be rescheduled due to the availability of parts. I enjoyed working with Victor and observing his MacGyver-like strategies for solving problems. He greatly assisted me with repairs that I could not solve and I plan to request his assistance again in the future. I highly recommend Victor.

This is my second time working with Freddy & team! They did a wonderful job repairing my house's water-damaged drywall and windowsills after all the rain, even going above and beyond and adding new trim. They also treated for mold and re-sealed all my window & door frames. Freddy was very clear with the initial quote, communicated with me constantly during the project, and finished the job quickly. It looks better than new! I'll definitely continue to call them first for any future jobs.

We contracted Freddy to clean and paint our patio cover. They did a very thorough job to clean, kill all the mold, primer and paint. The guys were here on time each day and did an excellent job. Highly recommend their services.
