James Hanington: .Jaguar Landrover of Newport Beach gave me a brand new Range Rover Evoque to drive for the 6-7 weeks that my car was there. Almost everyday Jack S. Sent me a text with updates. They try to cater to whatever you may need as a customer. I got my truck back and it’s faster than ever, it runs beautifully. All the people that worked there and helped me are very kind. The arrived at my home and collected the car slightly ahead of time and dropped it off at my home less than 3 hours later after a service and a wash. Communication throughout was great and as I love my car I appreciate a local dealer that makes me feel valued and takes care of my needs.
Stan Lim: Wow, this dealership rocks. Special shout out to my sales associate, Jonathan Halliday. I'm from out of state and just bought a pre-owned Audi Q7 from Jonathan. If I could fly out there myself to buy the car, I would, but my wife is disabled and it's very challenging for me to leave my house for a even a couple days.I received an email right away from their manager after clicking the inquiry button on their website. I responded that I am ready to buy the car if they're willing to sell it to me halfway across the country. Within minutes Jonathan texted and emailed me and it's off to the races. Questions and inquiries from me were addressed very timely. No ghosting or beating around the bush like the previous 3 other dealerships I tried to buy a car from . A couple of them had cars siting for several months...perhaps it's a blessing.The paperwork process went smoothly, where they arranged for a notary to come to my house to sign the sales agreement. I offered to arrange for shipping but Jonathan took care of that too, and he kept me posted on when the car was getting picked up, saving me a couple of phone calls to the shipper.My wife and I are very grateful to Jaguar Newport Beach and Jonathan for making this a seamless process.
Ethan Matthew: I recently bought my first car, Jaguar F-Type, from here and Jonathan and Kelley couldn't have made it any easier. Jonathan made the whole process feasible. He was very easy to talk to and we were able to contact him effortlessly. Kelley was also as helpful, she helped make the transactions smooth and simple. Overall, the whole experience was the best we've ever had! I'd recommend this dealership to anyone!

Adam Kanter: Beautiful car and wife loves it! The sales process started off with a few bumps related to miscommunication between the sales team members, but when the GM Rob Bennett got involved, it was smooth sailing and transparency from there on out. Could not be happier with Rob and his desire to create relationships, not just sell cars. The cars are amazing, but service is just as important, and Rob gets it. He is a big part of the reason I will remain a loyal Rover and Jaguar owner for years to come.
Cristian Voicu: I just purchased a Mercedes AMG GT from them and had a great experience. First off my wife and I arrived at the dealership at 5:35 PM on Sunday, 25 minutes before closing. All sales reps were busy but nevertheless we were greeted by Gustavo within 30 seconds of arriving. He asked if he could help, we expressed interest in the car and he politely asked us to wait on min to check back with a customer he was assisting inside. He came back out and my wife asked if we could drive the car and without any hassle or he allowed both of us to drive it. We appreciated him being so accommodating especially 15 minutes before closing. The next day on his day off he negotiated the deal we asked for and on Tuesday we bought the car. The purchase was a breeze and everyone we dealt with was very friendly and personable. My wife and I noticed how diverse their workplace is and the great vibe. It was our favorite dealership experience ever. We were treated like family. I will highly recommend them and especially Gustavo Velasquez.
