Pamela Jophryn-Avila: I arrived and was greeted by a receptionist in the lobby. With a warm smilr she provided me with the directions and details to get to my visit. The halls were clean, and free of trash and trays. The staff appeared friendly and helpful. I noticed there were no board with the names of the RN, LVN, CNA, and doctor for the day. Usually fresh water is passed out, I did not see no water pitcher or cup near bedside. I hope this infomation will be helpful and it will help the other visitors in the near future as well.

Kevin Jones: I visited a friend today at your facility and the reception area personnel were wonderful. The facility was clean, no bad odors that are common to convalescence residents. I was very impressed.

Michael palloran: My dad spent his last days at Pacific Care Nursing Center and the quality of care and attention he received was excellent. The moment he arrived, the staff worked to make him feel comfortable and at ease.Every person we met, no matter the time of day/evening went the extra mile and had time for us and my dad. The staff was professional, but so caring and compassionate to our whole family, during what was a difficult time for us.  Questions were answered thoroughly and everything was approached with a sensitivity and attitude of a loving family.  We highly recommend the Pacific Care Nursing Center and their staff that provides the best of care to their patients.Our thanks to each person associated with this organization . Dottsie Nat: I spent two months certificate Care Nursing Center with the back that was broken in three spots. The staff was wonderful caring and spot on. I was treated with care and kindness and enjoy the expertise of the nursing staff. Under the circumstances I feel Pacific Care was the best spot I was in for the last two months.
