Argie Thymakis: This place is one of the cleanest places I've ever been at. They clean thoroughly everywhere everyday. The work staff nurses, doctors, everyone, is very accommodating, very polite, and very nice.
Michael palloran: My dad spent his last days at Pacific Care Nursing Center and the quality of care and attention he received was excellent. The moment he arrived, the staff worked to make him feel comfortable and at ease.Every person we met, no matter the time of day/evening went the extra mile and had time for us and my dad. The staff was professional, but so caring and compassionate to our whole family, during what was a difficult time for us. Questions were answered thoroughly and everything was approached with a sensitivity and attitude of a loving family. We highly recommend the Pacific Care Nursing Center and their staff that provides the best of care to their patients.Our thanks to each person associated with this organization . Dottsie Nat: I spent two months certificate Care Nursing Center with the back that was broken in three spots. The staff was wonderful caring and spot on. I was treated with care and kindness and enjoy the expertise of the nursing staff. Under the circumstances I feel Pacific Care was the best spot I was in for the last two months.

Pamela Jophryn-Avila: I arrived and was greeted by a receptionist in the lobby. With a warm smilr she provided me with the directions and details to get to my visit. The halls were clean, and free of trash and trays. The staff appeared friendly and helpful. I noticed there were no board with the names of the RN, LVN, CNA, and doctor for the day. Usually fresh water is passed out, I did not see no water pitcher or cup near bedside. I hope this infomation will be helpful and it will help the other visitors in the near future as well.
Kevin Jones: I visited a friend today at your facility and the reception area personnel were wonderful. The facility was clean, no bad odors that are common to convalescence residents. I was very impressed.

mouse92672: My sister was placed here about a year ago. It is the best place she has been in by far. The rooms are larger than most, the staff is wonderful and she has thrived under their care. Not to mention the fact that during COVID, they have kept their residents safe.

I asked which nurse he likes best and he said, "All of them!". The staff communicates with me regarding his progress even when he gained a few extra pounds. When I call they with a question they do not hesitate to get my question answered. Overall the experience here has been exceptional.

Hector OG: Was transferred here from College Medical Center after being in a coma for 2 1/2 weeks. In July of 2016 they gave me physical therapy learned to walk again and I was discharged mid August. Emma Worrell: My aunt was at Catered Manor for almost 2 years. She liked the activities and playing bingo. She didn’t like the food much. My only complaint is that they are very under staffed to be able to take care of the patients.

melanie casas: I have worked at this facility for a little over a year and I love it here. Our administrator Emelyn Lawler cares for the well-being of our patients and her employees which I think is very important for the success of a Nursing Facility. Catered Manor has nurses that care deeply for their patients for example Rocio LVN she goes above and beyond to care for her patients or Maria L. CNA she is always attentive to her patients needs. Also Alicia our activities director she works hard to make sure patients are entertained and have smooth visitations every single day. I love working at Catered Manor and as I’m reading this negative comments I’m sure they are exaggerated negative opinions and I do not agree with them.
Edwin Romero: I’ve been volunteering here for a few months now, activities are really nice and fun for residents, the DSD is one of a kind , DON is super funny and very hard worker always running around and Administrator is super lovable ❤️❤️❤️
Dylan Lawler: My great Uncle stayed here at Catered Manor for half a year due to hair fractures in his spine causing him tremendous pain in his back. Nurses always took extreme care with him and helped/answered his requests for help without a second thought. Definitely would recommend others.

Adolfo Cardenas: Everyone was very kind and professional, from the beginning to the end of my visit, I was amazed, when I ask my brother micheal cardenas if he need me to get him a dentist? He said No they are giving me the royal treatment, I am gaining wait, I eat 3 meals a day,, they provide Dentist, Eye glasses, and hearing aid, movie time, and I take a shower 2 times a day, and am very happy here, so I almost started crying with joy, Thanks you guy for being a care place thank makes my brother feel like family 👪 ❤ 😊
