DeForest Park: what do users think?

Mitchell B. Ramsey: Hidden in the Bixby Knolls area, this is an enchanting place with something for everyone.

59wulf: chilll

Rosaura Morales: Such a nice hidden park, a great place to enjoy some running with my kiddos

John Shinn: Great hiking trails but be aware of less fortunate people living in tents and sometimes you may experience a couple people in a "entanglement" but good time and great area to walk paths.Restrooms: Restrooms are few and far. There is only one restroom and that is in the middle of the softball and soccer fields area. It's typical to any public park restroom bring your sanitizer wipes.

El Dorado Nature Center: what do users think?

Carmen Gonzalez: A friend an I recently went here, what a great place. There are 3 different trails you can choose 1/4 mile, 1 mile, and 2 miles. Most of it is a dirt trail, there is a pond in the middle. We saw lots of turtles sunbathing. There is plenty of shade from the trees. I did not go into the nature center. There are benches to sit and enjoy the serenity. Parking lot can get pretty full, but there seemed to be people coming and going so often I didn't see anyone waiting for parking.

lois lee: Playground: Children play with nearbyRestrooms: Restroom 🚻 nearbyPicnic area: Good nearby table

Pinky Gagnon: Beautiful, wonderfulRestrooms: Always kept upPicnic area: Off in a quiet place with room to run around

Lori Havrilla: So serene. Walked the 2- mile trail barefoot and got really grounded.

Jonathan Weaver: The squirrels definitely beg for food. 🤣

Alamitos Park: what do users think?

Mike: Absolutely gorgeous

George Jackson: Didn't spend long there but always a nice break spot. You can walk out near the water on a paved section along there which I appreciate when I'm wearing street shoes.

Bixby Knolls Park: what do users think?

Tom Hinde: VETERANS DAY PARADE

Ranani Ferguson: As the wild flowers grow only a few inches, the park lasts a beautiful dip in joy.

Nakia Montgomery: Small and quaint park, but spacious enough to have your own space. Grounds kept clean.

Melissa Billings: It is a clean and quiet park from what I experienced. I think it's funny that it says it closes at 10:00pm. It's an open park no fences or gates or anything. I don't get it. Anyway it's one of the cleaner ones.

Daniel: Nice little parkWent here recentlyI like the swings

William Villalobos: Great family picnic

Craig Emmert: When I get the We "need a" Carpenter call anywhere close by here. There's a serene sense of Nature here & that allows Me to Fix their Homes, often fixing the DIY'er projects through meditations conceived @ this great LB-city Park! Carpentry w/Craftsmanship Clout .... & Dogs love it tooThnx Again Google
