Cafe Sevilla of Long Beach: what do users think?

Brett Mellor: Don’t wear socks, you will have to find them once you taste the food 😮 the blend of flavors was incredible. We walked by and wanted to try it, totally blown away, and our socks 😉 highly recommend the stuffed dates, octopus ceviche, tortilla espanola, plus the desserts! Ended up splurging for 2, the bastille cheesecake and chocolate churros. Next time we are in town we will be back!

Emily Ward: This is a review for the nightlife. Music varies in greatness by the night. Some nights are live music, some are a club atmosphere. They play everything from Reggaeton to top 40. The security team always does a great job at making you feel safe. The bartenders are awesome as well. Drinks are expensive but are right around the nightlife minimum level.

Citlal Cruz: Beautiful place, medieval style...I loved the decoration...excellent service!!

Open Sesame: what do users think?

Arnie Cuarenta: I was visiting the area and my sister and brither-in-law introduced me to this place. Lentil soup and baba ghannouj are items I order when trying out a new Middle Eastern restaurant. YUM! Open Sesame exceeded my expectations on flavor and quality of food and the customer service. I was surprised that the owner came by and checked in on our experience.

Graham Goldman: The ambiance was inviting, with traditional decor that transported me to Lebanon. The menu offered a delectable array of Middle Eastern dishes, from mouthwatering kebabs to creamy hummus. The flavors were rich and authentic, capturing the essence of Lebanese cuisine. The friendly staff and prompt service added to the overall delightful experience. I'll definitely be returning to savor more of their delicious offerings.

John Enright: My atmosphere rating is for the sidewalk tables. What a lovely afternoon in Long Beach! My leisurely lunch started with friendly and efficient service from the person at the front podium. She continued to help guests and passers-by in a kind manner during the two hours I stayed for lunch. The spicy vegetable soup was harira, but blended. Very interesting! The recommended flatbread was okay. The cheese and tomatoes were not attached to the bread. So it reminded me of bruschetta. The recommended Palestinian red wine was just okay. I switched to something else for the second glass.Vegetarian options: Plenty here to choose from: foods prepared from eggplant, lentil, garbanzo, and a vegetarian soup as well.

Grace C: Open sesame combo- a variety of meats. The beef kabob, chicken tawoon and kafta, and rice were all delicious.Chicken kafta- tasty, but beware a little spicy due to the black pepperJalab drinkTabouleh was very flavorful and freshThe open sesame salad was good too.

Jonathan Shibley: The tabbouleh was excellent. The rice was tasty but should have been brown rice instead of white the rose water flavored ice cream is divine. But all of the other dishes I had there where excellent. Hopefully the owners will see this review and make sure they put enough lemon juice and garlic as well as cumin in their next batch of hummus. Finally I would suggest to them they cover the hummus with sumac and olive oil.

Kerri Ray: The hostess was not very welcoming and somewhat off-putting the way she informed us there were no daily specials half off wine. It could have been a little more professional. We were seated on the patio which was nice. Our server was a bit slow and brought whole wheat pita bread after the third request. We are not familiar with Mediterranean cuisine. I ordered the chicken tawook, which was excellent. My husband ordered the arayas pita sandwich, which he didn’t care for. Just not his type of cuisine. There was a good menu selection and when in town, I would definitely return to try more menu items.

Bubba Gump Shrimp Co.: what do users think?

maymie Noble: This place is lunch/dinner with a party. Totally upbeat restaurant with lots of fun items on the menu, especially the cocktails. Great place to bring kids, they even have fun drinks for them! Would not recommend if you are looking for a quiet dinner, you need to be ready to join the fun when you arrive.Parking: Parking is tough on Long Beach by the Aquarium, especially on weekends.

Stefan M.: It was a pleasure to dine there! Very very good service and food!

Adam Shepard: What a fantastic place to dine! Great food, of course, but the culture here is something my wife and I do not often experience. Evelyn was the sweetest server ever, and both managers--Tim and Ari--stopped by to entertain us. Definitely looking forward to returning.

Manuel Alejandro Hernández Ayala: Great Tourist Attraction, if you love the movie, you will like this place. Prices can get high but still good flavor and variety to try. Check those drinks.A great Tourist Attraction, if you love the movie, you will like this place. The prices can get expensive but they still have a good flavor and variety to try. Try the drinks.

BEN ZHANG: I visited this place many times, it's a beautiful place to see the sunset and harbor, the Bubba Gump is close to the harbor. It's a beautiful restaurant, there are two dining areas, one is inside, another is outside on the patio. I love the patio area, the air is fresh and you can see the fountain in the street and the LA aquarium right across the street. You can enjoy their food and the beautiful sights at the same time. Sometimes, seagulls or pigeons can come to you to say hello. They provide two kinds of food: seafood and farm food. Seafood like shrimp, crabs, clams, and salmon; farm food like ribs, chicken, and streak. I prefer their seafood, especially the shrimp, it tasted really good.Parking: Next door is the paid parking lot in the building for the Aquarium, if you go across the street there is a small outdoor parking lot, this one is free. I recommend parking in the building in the summer daytime.

Dan J.: the fish was sweet each on its own was good together for me was a little odd.Parking: With the beach parking, and other restaurants was kinda hard to find a spot. The design was hard to navigate as you had to leave to come back to the first row of parking.

Cozzett Bradford: A friend and I went for happy hour from 2pm-5pm today. I was pleasantly surprised by their $10 appetizer selection. Theroasted veggie romesco board was AMAZING along with their interesting mix of artesian bread meets croissant. I'm a vegetarian and I ❤️ this combo. My friend was delighted with his order. A mohito drink, crab cake appetizer and blackened shrimp w/pasta.Vegetarian options: Roasted veggie romesco board

Wendy Benitez: . They changed their veggie burger to a beyond burger... which is fine, but their old veggie patty was soooo yummy. This is the place to go for some tasty fish and chips

Jen Hinton: . Oh. My. God…what delicious food. Ceviche was perfect. Usually I’m sad when a place doesn’t serve ceviche with avocado but I didn’t even notice. We shared a shrimp po’boy and the lobster tacos. Divine. I don’t normally mention the sides but even the rice served with the tacos and the fried potatoes with the Po’boy were worth mentioning as they were delicious. I will need to devote some extra time to my Peloton this week to assuage my guilt over eating long past when I was full

Renee Panis: and efficient. The food is OK. They took some of my favorite items off the menu post pandemic but I still go for the good music

Anna Fischer: I had never been here before but went with some friends. They had a band playing inside. Staff was nice and next time I’ll have to try the food because it comes highly recommended.

Marry Ellen Monahan: My favorite place to go for a great meal, chill crowd and live music.Recommended dishes Lobster Tacos …

Gladstone's Long Beach: what do users think?

レイジ: Clam chowder is good. The amount is large and the satisfaction is high! !

David Greenberg: Food selection was excellent for seafood lovers and what we ordered was very tasty. I had swordfish which was delicious. Service was young and lacking a polished professionalism, but they did work as a team so there was ample attentiveness.Noise level was moderate with quite a few young children. Ambiance was that of a mid level seafood restaurant, which is exactly what it is. Definitely not for a romantic first date, but perfect for a group night out.Kid-friendliness: Too much. Children were left to run around screaming and disturbing other patrons.
