Manny Llaneras: Your service bay people were excellent in trouble shooting my problems with my 2022 XT4. They are without questions experienced in every aspect in what they do.Now with their sales personal, that is a totally different issue! Don't trust what they tell you if you plan on leasing any of their vehicles, make sure you have everything in writing before you sign those lease papers and fully understand what they are talking about plus have them show you what they are explaining. Example: 360 camera system - They told me that my truck was partially equipped with the 360 camera system but "NO" it wasn't and that it would be part of the recall when the remainder of my missing computer chips would be available and at that time they would install the complete missing items. Well that was a lie even after I asked the leasing signing person about that.Just be very careful!!!!!

Jim H: that were needed to fix the problem. Hardin was unable to find "Vacuum Chamber Springs". So I left Hardin with no resolution. I am not sure if I am supposed to search for the required part or is Hardin going to continue their search? I have not received a follow-up call since my 6/24/23 visit, I will assume I have to find the part? I was told that if I find them, I could bring it back and Hardin would install. I am not a mechanic, so I'm not sure where to go to find a discontinued part? Any further assistance would be appreciated.
