Syu Lazy: The food is reasonably priced, and both the shrimp and salmon are delicious. The salmon may look dry, but it's actually very crispy on the outside and juicy inside. The garlic shrimp sauce is flavorful, and the portion size is just right. We also ordered coconut juice, which comes in a whole coconut with coconut meat that you can eat.It is recommended to eat if you are hungry in the afternoon, and the sauces are very appetizing. I usually only eat small oysters from restaurants because I am afraid of the fishy smell, but the oysters here are acceptable. You can order both shrimp and salmon. I heard that the beef is also good. I will try it next time. We ordered such a portion for 3 people, and it was quite full.
Carmen Blacklock: Food was piping hot. Of course, shrimp is expensive, so there was only 2 shrimp on the plate. However, even without a sauce, the rice was delicious. The serving was ample. I enjoyed the medley of veggies, and the meats were well seasoned. I'd definitely visit there again.Parking: Parking is free, but space is super limited and very tight, but I'd say it's worth navigating to try their food.

Phalecig Gray: Visiting from Chicago and wanted seafood. The Manager John was phenomenal, his attentiveness was top notch. Krystal R was our server, she was polite and pleasant. The food was fresh and filling. I would suggest making adjustments when the product and market value doesn't match. Other than that, I will definitely return my next visit in October.

maymie Noble: This place is lunch/dinner with a party. Totally upbeat restaurant with lots of fun items on the menu, especially the cocktails. Great place to bring kids, they even have fun drinks for them! Would not recommend if you are looking for a quiet dinner, you need to be ready to join the fun when you arrive.Parking: Parking is tough on Long Beach by the Aquarium, especially on weekends.

BEN ZHANG: I visited this place many times, it's a beautiful place to see the sunset and harbor, the Bubba Gump is close to the harbor. It's a beautiful restaurant, there are two dining areas, one is inside, another is outside on the patio. I love the patio area, the air is fresh and you can see the fountain in the street and the LA aquarium right across the street. You can enjoy their food and the beautiful sights at the same time. Sometimes, seagulls or pigeons can come to you to say hello. They provide two kinds of food: seafood and farm food. Seafood like shrimp, crabs, clams, and salmon; farm food like ribs, chicken, and streak. I prefer their seafood, especially the shrimp, it tasted really good.Parking: Next door is the paid parking lot in the building for the Aquarium, if you go across the street there is a small outdoor parking lot, this one is free. I recommend parking in the building in the summer daytime.

BD “BD Ysaguirre” Ysaguirre: We enjoyed our little splurge this Friday afternoon for our first time here. The staff was fantastic and very attentive. Of course 2nd street parking can be a challenge but 1pm got us right in front. Anyway, the food was good. I prefer fries with less of a char but I guess this is their norm. Plus, they’re still good. The fish on the Fish and Chips plate looks crispy but expect a soft crust with a very tender and very fresh flavor underneath. The restaurant boast fresh ingredients and they don’t disappoint. Although delicious, you can expect the Nashville Hot Fish to have the classic flavor without too much spice. Liv’s serves wine but unfortunately no cocktails. Stopping here for cocktails would be wonderful, however. The ambience is simple but eclectic and the staff makes the experience worth it. With our meal and two glasses of wine, our bill came up to about $118 which included a 20% tip. This was a great pre-birthday lunch. Would I come back? Definitely.

If you’re celebrating anything special, I cannot recommend Liv’s enough. It has a quiet and intimate vibe in a laid back atmosphere with friendly service. Do yourself a favor and treat yourself to Liv’s!
Jenny Hartwig: Absolutely amazing meal. We started with the fresh oysters and the bread with delicious tapenade butter. I had the Nashville Hot Fish entree and my husband had the Lobster Carbonara. The chefs do their job very well and it's been a long time since I've been to a shop that cooks fresh fish that good and I highly recommend it although with the tip it came out to be a $100 for three people it was well worth itIf we stay here in Long Beach again as we did for 35 years or so? I will be going here more often as it's very rare that I find a restaurant that's better than my own cooking and this was one of them a special little place you wouldn't expect to be that good but it's better I'll take pictures to add tomorrow

Kitty Love: Let me tell you something. I love fish n chips. I am perpetually looking for a place that serves fish n chips the way I crave them. Delicious, flakey, crunchy, succulent, mouth watering, took too big of a bite because I'm greedy for more - fish n chips. You know that mouth feel of a delicious meal you can't wait to have again even while you're actively eating it? I don't have to search for it anymore because this is where I'll go when I want fish n chips now. I hate the seating style. Metal chairs on concrete that screech a little if you need to move the chair a quarter of an inch. I hate it. I don't care. I'm coming here and I'm sitting inside and I'm having the fish n chips.

Amy Conway: I've been eating at CFG since 1998, in the first location of Gardena, CA.It's been one of the few restaurants that I can say, I've never had a disappointing meal. With that being said, I hate to say it.
