mac rodriguez: Genesis Party Supply always comes in clutch! I was looking for number piñata with specific colors on it but couldn’t find anywhere until I came here. They had the number I was looking for but not in the colors I needed. However, they offered to custom make it and have it ready for the date I needed the piñata. Thank you so much for your awesome service! 👍🏽 Side note; they also carry a good variety of number balloons and balloon bouquets.

Had to treat myself ..always looks so cute from the street ..wasnt expecting it to be even better inside .I was helped by such a sweet worker named Kerry...I WILL DEFINITELY recommend it to friends ..and cant wait to go back myself . THEY have 2 other locations ..one in newport and one now in culver city .We are fortunate to have them in Long beach .

Elnora Bunkley: . I hope I was able to teach them that customer service is important and you never know what a person is dealing with so you need to always smile, greet, and be attentive and most importantly you have until a person walks out that door to change their opinion.
Deena Deutsche: I came here to pick up a pre order. There was a cashier helping a customer, a girl helping another with ballons and two guys talking nehind the counter. After a few minutes there were two of us customers, one at the register and me. The two guys were talking about a customer one of them had earlier and the girl with the ballons walked away. No one single employee askes me if I needed assistance even though I was standing right in front of the counter. Ten minutes went by and I had to ask the cashier for help.I will never go back.
dawn h: Went for a masquerade mask for cousins prom, last minute. I know, I know. Great news is they had a variety! We bought two! Customer service was excellent! I feel bad not remembering her name. I want to thank her for her assistance. She went above to help. I'm on a knee scooter n we also bought 10 for $1 candies! We're going back for graduation next week!
