MARYIAN ROSHAN: I so love the long beach field office. Although they never responded or followed up on any of my complaints. They also never hung up in my face, yelled at me for making complaints. Sure there has been several times the phones would just keeping ringing and they would sometimes not answer. They knew it was me, which is kindof cute. Overall my experience with the Long Beach field office has been positive and comforting. They are the only field office I will report to and I personally appreciate thier professionalism, and how every one thus far has treated me. I just wish they would violate my phirivacy and tap my phone every now and then. I feel so left out. Lol. But I understand. They are charged with so many responsibilities. Maybe the federal government should charge an independent agency responsible for cyber security, like the Github. I joined the forum, interpreting and testing codes is like a drug to them.

Susan Bell: I came here for my global entry interview. This is located in a beautiful part of downtown Long Beach. There are numerous places to park around here including some paid parking. It was very easy to boccage and the signs show you exactly where to go. The agents were very friendly and I was able to complete the interview and to be their total less than an hour.

Simrin Phull: Two of us went for a Global Entry application appointment/interview. In and out in maybe 10 mins flat. Nice, friendly staff, great service. Efficient and pleasant. Even the lobby receptionist was surprised how quick we were.

Mindy LePooh: Ditto what previous reviewers have written. Fast, efficient service for Global Entry interview. I was in and out in under 10 minutes and that included waiting. All you need is your passport and driver's license, they take your fingerprints and a headshot. You get your Global Entry card in the mail which you don't actually need for foreign travel unless you go by car to Canada/Mexico. There's meter parking on First and Elm. Entrance is on Long Beach Blvd, not Ocean Blvd.

Oksana Buniak: Great experience overall. Nice office with professional people. I arrived 10 min earlier and was called in even earlier than my scheduled time. There is meter parking on the streets nearby that is free before 9am.

occasional traveler: Just got my global entry interview. Officer Gao was professional and efficient. I was 5 minutes early for my interview. Sat for a few minutes before my name was called. Finished in less than 5 minutes. Awesome experience. Entrance for the building in on Long Beach Blvd., not Ocean Blvd.
