Alana Hawkins: My son was in a lot of pain and when we arrived the Staff and the Dentist were waiting for us. The Staff treatment was awesome. They emailed me the paper the day before and had all paperwork ready for me to review. The Dentist had a video that explained the procedure. It took less than an hour and by the next day my son was back to feeling normal again.
IL L: I was a new patient at Long Beach Endodontix. I was there Friday 1/13/23 for a room canal. The doctor and his team were amazing! They went out of their way to take care of me! I was very impressed with how friendly and professional everyone was at the office. Highly recommend this place to anyone.
judy kilpatrick: Some 40 years ago I needed a root canal. None since, until now. When I walked into this office, was greeted warmly, taken into a room for x-rays, and then the doctor came in, identified himself, and proceeded with the root canal, explaining as he went along. This was a very easy procedure. The followup was unexpected, but appreciated - calls the next day and even several days later to see if I needed anything and to be sure I was not in any pain. They deserve 5 stars for their greeting, handling of services, and certainly their after-care. I would highly recommend Long Beach Endodontix.

But Dr. Hutchens and the entire staff at Long Beach Endodontix were incredible. They were all kind and courteous, check in was easy and swift, and they ensured I was comfortable the entire time. Mind you that I went during the midst of the ongoing COVID crisis - they took the utmost care to protect me and themselves by only allowing one patient in the office at a time, checking temperatures, requiring distancing and the use of hand sanitizer for everyone in the office. I felt safe and cared for here. The procedure was finished in just over an hour for a fairly complicated tooth. Dr. Hutchens made sure that I was in no pain and that I felt no discomfort after the procedure either. While I sincerely hope I do not have to return again, if I needed to, there is nowhere else that I would turn but here.

I’ve been to many other places for root canal and this place did several things that made it much more pleasant for me. They had a device that held my jaw open, which made a huge difference. And something to keep things from falling down my throat, which nobody else ever did before.Importantly I trust them not to try and sell me things I don’t need. They do a really great job and I will always come here.

Every encounter and appointment has been helpful, friendly, and educational with this staff. Sandra, Jessica, and Ferdy are both professional and personable with my paperwork and appointments. If I could give this place 6 stars I would!
I recently switched dentists after hearing about Zak Dental in Long Beach. I went in this morning and was pleasantly surprised by Dr. Williams who did my exam, Dawn who checked me in, and Nara who handled my paperwork. They were all so sweet and accommodating and extremely helpful. I admittedly don’t like the dentist but they made the experience much more enjoyable and actually I look forward to coming back.
