Michael Parrish: I utilized their services back in 2001 when a small room vacuum went out and no longer worked. They honored a warranty that expired and they petitioned the company to honor the defect. Success!Fast forward to 2 days ago, and my Hoover filter vacuum had a broken belt, that kept coming off, I'd put it on and the belt eventually broke. I took it in, they fixed it, checked out the entire vacuum then, if I had ANY problems to bring it back for a re fix and evaluation.$18 and change tax included and I am a satisfied customer.Truly the nicest folks!
