Devin Romero: I have been living here for almost 6 years. For the most part it’s been good, but I have to compliment the maintenance staff Leo and Sam. reported a plumbing issue before work, around noon, and by the time I came home it was fixed. They’re always friendly and helpful and a big part of the reason I continue to lease.
fitsoom kassim: Best place to live hands down. The scenery is so amazing, people are very respectful, and not to mention everything is near by. I’ve lived here for two years and don’t plan on leaving anytime soon. Crystal is amazing. Very helpful and is always there to help you. Giselle is also amazing and is always available to help as well. Can’t explain how much this place has changed my life thanks to the wonderful atmosphere! Highly recommended!
Brandon Hardwick: weren’t running around working like crazy, management would have run this place into the ground by now. These guys are the real heros of this place. If I ever have an issue I go strait to Drew and he gets everything fixed right away.
Dayne Davis: My roommates and I have been living here in the last few months. When we first moved in there were a few minor issues that needed help with. The maintenance guy, Drew, came and took care of all of our issues the same day we called! He was very quick, efficient and professional, all of our issues were fixed in no time. The leaser Giselle was also very knowledgeable and helpful regarding information on the property. Staff like this makes it even more enjoyable living here.

Kelsey George: I’ve been a resident here for about 2 years now and I absolutely love it here! The apartment styles are very modern, the mirrors in the rooms are hard to come by, and I love the natural lighting that gets in from the large windows. Crystal, the complex manager, is so welcoming and understanding. She really cares about your experience as a tenant and does everything she can to make sure that you’re comfortable living here. From returning your phone calls, making sure that your maintenance request are completed, and answering any and all questions you have! Besides the living environment, the location is literally perfect! You’re right across the street from Vons, Ross, Avalon Nail Bar, and so many other food and shopping places. I definitely recommend living here because it’s clean, convenient, and very much chill place to be. Not to mention your very close distance to CSULB!

Jasmine Ames: I travel for work and lived here for about 9 months. The fact that they offered short term leases was amazing. The move in process was so straight forward. Hannah Hodulik helped with our application and picking an apartment in the best location. She and the whole staff was sooooo nice. I loved everything about the area; very clean and safe. Moving out was also very easy, did a walk through and received my deposit back without any issues! Would totally recommend!!

chris cooley: Everything was good but the only thing I would have to complain about was the parking. When Getting off of work it was hard to find parking. Especially when a lot of the people who weren’t even living there in the complex

I had a one bedroom / one bathroom and was worried about the storage capacity yet had more than enough room for storage, work from home, and at home workouts. It’s clear that if you’re fair with them, they are fair with you. Dasha and the maintenance staff were so welcoming and friendly!

I would not have moved if I didn’t have to relocate to another city. I loved the layout of my apartment and they were really spacious. I never had any issues while staying there. Sunita: I recently moved into a unit here and I love it! The apartments are recently renovated and gorgeous. My unit gets so much sunlight and has a pretty view. I feel like I'm in a brand new building. Also, the community is very calm and peaceful, I genuinely like walking around the complex. LA fitness is so close as well as starbucks and a whole shopping area so it's really convenienly located. Love it!

Mike Howard: Hello this is by far one of the most beautiful and welcoming apartment community i have visited. The atmosphere is lovely the staff is very helpful friendly and on their P’s and Q’s they know how to run a community very well i would highly recommend this place as your new home sweet home. Update i take back everything i said except for the beautiful welcoming atmosphere i was the previous maintenance supervisor but was let go due to not having apartments done right away its hard when you have that to do along with workorders cleaning and repairs to units and building. But i was let go to hire the managers previous coworker/supervisor at her old property and let it be known they are really good friends i went above and beyond for them and even spent my own money on drinks parts and even went in early off the clock to get ahead on tasks no appreciation just kicked to the curb. But not everyone there is shady just a few
Justin Mejia: Loving my new home here at the Landing!The apartment is beautiful, gorgeous floors, HVAC, and fully loaded appliances including an in unit washer and dryer. The staff is great, very responsive. Adrienne and Eduardo have been the best making the moving transition seamless.Love that there is Trader Joe's near by and that the city is so calm which is great if you like street running like me. Overall happy with the move :D

Leslie Aririguzo: 4.5 star reviewPros-overall quiet complex-general maintenance requests are handled relatively quickly-Mellisa in the leasing office is extraordinary friendly and easy to work with-the general grounds of the complex are more or less well kept-up to date appliances in my unitCons-Twice in 3 months I discovered a sewer roach was hanging out on my bathroom floor. The second time it happened I made a maintenance request and an exterminator visited my apartment to handle the issue a few days later. I was told that the roaches are from the Long Beach City’s plumbing system and that the pipes are usually sprayed, so typically I wouldn’t encounter bugs; once in a while a bug or two makes it through however. Now, because the complex addressed the issue quickly, I feel like it wouldn’t be fair to knock off a complete star for that, but my aversion to roaches won’t let me not mention that incident.

David Harden: This was my first apartment when I moved to LB. I personally had zero issues while living there, maintenance requests were always handled in a timely manner, and the staff was always polite. The ONLY issue I had was that I was on the fifth floor, so moving in was quite difficult because of where the doors on the bottom floor are in comparison to the elevators. Overall I didn't really have any issues while living here, the only reason that I moved is I wanted to move a bit closer to my job.

Great community and compared to other apartments in the downtown area, this one is affordable, super clean Main spaces, updated gym, nice pool/lounge/hot area and my favorite the gathering space. Also, pretty safe without any issues with crime or theft. Been a resident for a couple years and don’t plan on moving until it’s time for a home purchase. I’m a vet and small business owner here in LB and I love where I live especially how close it is to the train and beach.

Michelle Donald: If you look up reviews abut this place anywhere else, disregard anything that was said before March! About two months ago, Paradise Gardens got a new management company, REMM, and they have been the most wonderful people to work with. My roommate and I moved in a month ago and we love it. It's so beautiful here. The leasing office staff are the nicest and go above and beyond for you. We also had to put in a few maintenance requests because the building is a little older, but the maintenance staff is on site and they come the same day or the next! They are SO on top of it. The whole management company is trying to change the reputation of Paradise Gardens and they are definitely doing it! If you are trying to find a place to live, this is a great choice and I'd recommend it.

Christopher Longo: I wanted to write this review since I have lived in this building now for about 8 months. This building has gone through a management change since I moved in. The change took some time to get used to as anything new will. Overall, our new team here has stepped up in a big way. My theory is having respect for everyone, and everything will be good. This building has a ton of amenities the roof top has a full professional kitchen with tv's and a nice lounge area. It's great to be up there for fireworks or summer nights. We have a great pool area for bbq's and hanging out. Overall, this building is great super close to everything you need between food, transportation, bars, the public library, etc. Lastly if you're thinking of moving here do it. Mostly everyone who lives here are super friendly and I have made a few friends since moving here. Honestly if you like to keep to yourself, you can do that too because this place is easy going.
Alexandros Stivale: The new management company been doing a excellent job! I don't understand the bad reviews because I been seeing noting but great changes at the pacific. Tyler, I believe is one of the leasing agents there and has help us out in so many ways. He is such a nice person and does care about residents. There is so much positive things I can say about Tyler but to cut it short it was a pleasure to have meet him. They definitely need more people like him.
Marcus Lacy: This review is specifically for Adrienne and the incredible work her and the NEW leasing office team have done for us so far. The management company that owned this property prior to Harbor Group left a big mess for them to clean up, but they’re doing a damn good job so far.We’ve worked with Adrienne on a laundry list of things that previous management left unanswered for us. She has been incredibly responsive, attentive, and always has acted with our best interest in mind. Her willingness to help - even when she’s out sick - has single handedly restored our faith in living here. We love the amenities, location, and unit itself - only thing we hope to see improvement on is overall security.It’s very clear that the entire team at Harbor Group is dedicated to making meaningful changes to The Pacific community and restoring everyone’s confidence in living here. Thank you for all you’ve done so far!

Sagar Gosavi: Another fine apartment complex. A large residential complex with 200+ apartments. Two swimming pools, a gym and plenty of parking for residents. My son is living here for last 41/2 years. He did his masters in California state university, Long Beach. Which is just 21/2 Km from here. Now he is doing a job in Long Beach, so it's very convenient for him. There are typical 2 bedroom and some three bedroom apartments here. All apartments are two stories. Beautiful paved pathways throughout the complex. Nice landscaping. I think the rent is around 1900 to 2300 $ per month for a 2 bhk apartment. Being located at a major traffic circle, all things like banks, fast food joints, grocery stores, drug stores and public transportation are easily accessible. A great apartment complex for someone whose gonna live in Long Beach area for long.....👌🏼👌🏼👌🏼👌🏼👌🏼👍🏻🙂

Ramon Ramirez: I have lived here for a little over a year and truly enjoy my home. The office staff is super-friendly. Dasha is awesome and always helpful. My apartment is spacious and updated. Maintenance takes great care of the property and the grounds are kept up. There are a lot of students, which can get rowdy and at times a bit out of control, but the property manager, Angelique, is always on top of it and making changes that benefit the community. We are glad we chose Beverly Plaza and plan to stay here for a few years. I have lived at a lot of different places and all have their pluses and minuses. Pluses def outweigh the negatives here!

Mr. Chinikipaka: I moved to 442 Residences right when the pandemic hit in 2020 and signed a 16 month lease. This review is long overdue, and I see the name has changed now. Nonetheless, I’d like to share how comfortable and safe this place was. Maybell was the property manager and was excellent at her job. Truly cared about resident’s wellbeing. Especially during the riots and all the unknowns COVID times brought in 2020. Maintenance was diligent and professional. Neighbors were polite and quiet. Super dog friendly! This place had security, parking, a small doggy park, and overall great energy.I doesn’t have a pool, but the office would have gifts and souvenirs to entertain us. A great sun deck and pizza oven was available, where I would often hang out and relax.Overall a wonderful place to live from March 2020 - August 2021.
Sean Roberts: The front door was fixed and is working as it should. The sliding door has not been fixed, but it is a job that requires a lot more than routine maintenance.
Doerte Sennecke-Chow: It looks like a cool place to live. The aquarium and the shops as well as City Hall and LB library are close by the apartments.

Maryann Cafagna: I had such a great experience living at 442. I had a 15 month lease in a Jr 1 bedroom on the first floor. Overall, I felt very safe and secure which is very important for me since I am a single female living in a downtown area. Since the building is tucked in the back it didn't have as much visibility to the public. My neighbors were all great. Everyone is friendly and minds their business. The amenities are good and I took full advantage of the rooftop. However, the gym is very mediocre. There are plenty of gyms that are walking distance so that was never really a big issues for me. Last but not least, Maybell our property manager is an absolute dream. She genuinely cares about all of the tenants who live there and is on top of her job. What more can you ask for?

Stephanie: Great property! Location goes unnoticed by most people passing by which keeps it pretty quiet here. It only takes a few minutes to walk to everything in downtown LB and the beach is just a block away. Great team of professional staff work here, which for me largely decides whether or not I have an enjoyable place to call home. They are receptive, knowledgeable and very caring towards tenants and their pets. The tenants of 442 are very courteous of one another and I would highly recommend this community.

Anna Marie Douglas: Ryan and Blake have been awesome to work with! Anytime I had an issue they were courteous and quick to find a resolution! I was not crazy about the noise upstairs, but definitely one of the cons of apartment living! I would have stayed if I did not have to leave CA!!

Michael Le: is there to fix it. One day our stove stopped working and Jesse removed the whole unit and replaces it by himself within 15 minutes. He also said they he'll be back in a couple months to replace our AC filter to make sure that the air in our apartment stays clean. I'm asthmatic and that's a big deal for me. Jesse is always professional, thoughtful, and super polite. It's very comforting to know that we have someone like him around during our stay here.

Analicia Simon: This is a very nice and comfortable environment to live in. The management staff is friendly and handle all of your requests in a timely manner. The maintenance people also keeps the apartment building looking clean and clutter free. Their is also security that patrols the building regularly. So you will always feel safe knowing that their is someone around to make you feel safe. I highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a good home.
Ivan Quintero: which most do, but to be completely honest there is no parking anywhere in Long Beach. I have lived here for about a year and a half and it has been amazing. The rooms are a great size for any couple or if you want to have a bachelor room or pad. The neighbors all have each others backs and I have heard countless times about randoms walking in the back alleyways but there have been multiple cases where they have told me that THEY always keep an eye out on my car in case anyone ever tries to do something. These are some of the coolest people ever. The pools are great because if one starts to get full you could always walk to another one which more than likely is never full. The security guards are always on patrol making sure everything is safe. In my year and a half of living in these apartments never have I have an issue with anyone or anything. The staff is phenomenal. I have spoken to 20+ other staffing at other apartment complexes within the past week or so and no one compares to how kind the staff here is. If you own a dog they certainly have doggy bags around the complexes in case they go bathroom. You can now use your phone to pay for washes instead of coins which is amazing. My experience has been great here and anyone who says otherwise are crazy because I have nothing but good things to say about this apartment complex. Gonna miss living here!!

They even provide US Tenants poop bags for OUR pets - to keep the environment clean and safe. The Staff, always greet you with a warm and pleasant smile and are Always Welcome you with their beautiful hearts. The Staff consist of: Marisol, Francis and Linda an Assistant. The maintained team are Awesome! Always working to keep Us happy and clean! Our security team are always friendly as well. It's an Environment of Convenience of Local stores and shopping malls etc. It's a Great Establishment to live among such Beautiful People. I never have to worry about the dog- if I'm gone to long; because, They would check on him for me. I love living here and the Staff at Seaport Village. The Management is AWESOME!
