Devin Romero: I have been living here for almost 6 years. For the most part it’s been good, but I have to compliment the maintenance staff Leo and Sam. reported a plumbing issue before work, around noon, and by the time I came home it was fixed. They’re always friendly and helpful and a big part of the reason I continue to lease.
fitsoom kassim: Best place to live hands down. The scenery is so amazing, people are very respectful, and not to mention everything is near by. I’ve lived here for two years and don’t plan on leaving anytime soon. Crystal is amazing. Very helpful and is always there to help you. Giselle is also amazing and is always available to help as well. Can’t explain how much this place has changed my life thanks to the wonderful atmosphere! Highly recommended!
Brandon Hardwick: weren’t running around working like crazy, management would have run this place into the ground by now. These guys are the real heros of this place. If I ever have an issue I go strait to Drew and he gets everything fixed right away.
Dayne Davis: My roommates and I have been living here in the last few months. When we first moved in there were a few minor issues that needed help with. The maintenance guy, Drew, came and took care of all of our issues the same day we called! He was very quick, efficient and professional, all of our issues were fixed in no time. The leaser Giselle was also very knowledgeable and helpful regarding information on the property. Staff like this makes it even more enjoyable living here.
Jeffrey Hagle: Shout out to Carina for always being on top of things and showing up every day with amazing energy and a smile! She’s made a notiavle difference! And a HUGE shout out to Maintenance Huncho Drew for fixing my fridge, replacing my mirrors, working on the bathtub, and doing a million other things always with a positive attitude and always punctual! Lynne Charette: I have been living @ The Circle Apts. for 2-1/2 years and I am very happy here! The location is great! And all the staff are friendly and helpful! Drew is my go to staff member for my apartment needs! Always so helpful and accommodating! Very pet friendly which was my #1 concern when I was searching for an apartment! 👍👍

Kainoa Rivera: The Circle Apartment Property has been a great place to live as my first apartment living on my own. The property is always clean and kept up. Crystal and her staff here has done an amazing job making me feel comfortable coming in to talk and ask questions. They have Apt of community events and mixers so we can get to know our community. One of the best thing ia matinence request are handled in a timely manner.

Kelsey George: I’ve been a resident here for about 2 years now and I absolutely love it here! The apartment styles are very modern, the mirrors in the rooms are hard to come by, and I love the natural lighting that gets in from the large windows. Crystal, the complex manager, is so welcoming and understanding. She really cares about your experience as a tenant and does everything she can to make sure that you’re comfortable living here. From returning your phone calls, making sure that your maintenance request are completed, and answering any and all questions you have! Besides the living environment, the location is literally perfect! You’re right across the street from Vons, Ross, Avalon Nail Bar, and so many other food and shopping places. I definitely recommend living here because it’s clean, convenient, and very much chill place to be. Not to mention your very close distance to CSULB!

It is a very clean updated community with a new pool. Management has made us feel included and appreciated with pizza party and Valentine's day cupcakes. It is always the thought that counts and the willingness to go the extra mile! Thank you!
Jasmine Ames: I travel for work and lived here for about 9 months. The fact that they offered short term leases was amazing. The move in process was so straight forward. Hannah Hodulik helped with our application and picking an apartment in the best location. She and the whole staff was sooooo nice. I loved everything about the area; very clean and safe. Moving out was also very easy, did a walk through and received my deposit back without any issues! Would totally recommend!!

Turns out they have 3 properties in downtown Long Beach and Tyler was soo helpful and professional to help me find my new home as I will be moving from New York. I’m excited to be living here soon! Christopher Longo: I wanted to write this review since I have lived in this building now for about 8 months. This building has gone through a management change since I moved in. The change took some time to get used to as anything new will. Overall, our new team here has stepped up in a big way. My theory is having respect for everyone, and everything will be good. This building has a ton of amenities the roof top has a full professional kitchen with tv's and a nice lounge area. It's great to be up there for fireworks or summer nights. We have a great pool area for bbq's and hanging out. Overall, this building is great super close to everything you need between food, transportation, bars, the public library, etc. Lastly if you're thinking of moving here do it. Mostly everyone who lives here are super friendly and I have made a few friends since moving here. Honestly if you like to keep to yourself, you can do that too because this place is easy going.
Alexandros Stivale: The new management company been doing a excellent job! I don't understand the bad reviews because I been seeing noting but great changes at the pacific. Tyler, I believe is one of the leasing agents there and has help us out in so many ways. He is such a nice person and does care about residents. There is so much positive things I can say about Tyler but to cut it short it was a pleasure to have meet him. They definitely need more people like him.
Marcus Lacy: This review is specifically for Adrienne and the incredible work her and the NEW leasing office team have done for us so far. The management company that owned this property prior to Harbor Group left a big mess for them to clean up, but they’re doing a damn good job so far.We’ve worked with Adrienne on a laundry list of things that previous management left unanswered for us. She has been incredibly responsive, attentive, and always has acted with our best interest in mind. Her willingness to help - even when she’s out sick - has single handedly restored our faith in living here. We love the amenities, location, and unit itself - only thing we hope to see improvement on is overall security.It’s very clear that the entire team at Harbor Group is dedicated to making meaningful changes to The Pacific community and restoring everyone’s confidence in living here. Thank you for all you’ve done so far!
