E: EXCELLENT ! "MINDY" is at the front window of this Lancaster Branch Office of the L.A. County Recorder's Office. Mindy is Outstanding in her courtesy, communication, knowledge, helpfulness, and professionalism. Her effectiveness assured that my important record was accurately and efficiently filed with L.A. County. Mindy also has great expertise in knowing the many technical regulations applicable to the many many forms and records which are recordable for L.A. County. Mindy is OUTSTANDING on all measures of customer service. This Lancaster Branch Office is also great because while it does NOT provide all the services which are available at the Main Branch in Norwalk, this Lancaster Office is clean, well managed, pleasant, and less crowded.

SOLA - LITE: I have only had a really, unfortunate encounter with one person there, and he is only in their office one day a week, so I don't hold the office as a whole accountable. For the most part, everyone there has been GREAT and helpful. This is a county office. It is a bureaucracy. However, people will talk to you and give you the information you need, even if it isn't the information you want. They will tell you how to get done what you need to get done. A special shout out to Francis, Mo, Hugo, Terri, Tina and Michael O. And the engineer with the best, crazy hair. Communication is key and this is where most of the snafus arise. They are single individuals trying to handle many, many projects and people through a confusing array of rules and codes. They have been the best and I have felt like they have mostly always been trying to help, not hinder, me.
