Often referred to as the “stress whisperer”, I provide down to earth, affordable sessions for everyday people. The majority of offerings require little or no physical effort and no experience. If you're curious about mindfulness, meditation and Yoga Nidra, you're likely to enjoy my offerings. No need for work out clothing. For most sessions, bring a thick yoga mat, pillow, blankets and bolster for under the knees to support your back.
