Dedicated to offering a wide variety of healing modalities to the community and beyond, Yoga Jones hosts workshops, sound baths, massage and Ayurvedic offerings as well as many styles of yoga with the aim of creating a place of refuge where people can focus on their purpose and discover what is most important to their lives.

Yoga Jones' experienced, dedicated staff has been practicing yoga and related disciplines for many decades. We teach in a wide variety of styles, all focusing on helping you realize your potential through awareness of body, mind, and spirit.

Styles include Ashtanga, Kundalini, Restorative, Taoist, Core Flow, Vinyasa Flow, Community, Gentle Yoga, Beginner Slow Flow, Hatha, Pre-Natal, Post-Natal, Integral and Aerial Silks. Meditation, breathwork and Ayurveda are emphasized in many classes.

We offer a wide variety of talented teachers and yoga classes designed to meet the specific needs of each student who walks through our doors.

We have two yoga rooms to allow for a wide variety of classes, from Vinyasa Flow to Yin, Restorative and even Prenatal and Kundalini. We also offer special events and workshops throughout the year.

We believe different styles of yoga are complementary rather than mutually exclusive. The physical training offered in our classes can be vigorous as well as restorative.

Founded in 2003 by Yogis Tina Chappel and her husband, Tom Lane, Yoga Jones was the first studio in Ventura to offer yoga classes in a wide variety of styles for students with varying interests and needs. We stay true to the Yoga Jones tradition of providing yoga for all!
