4worldlovers: As the museum has been unable to receive any visitors since closing due to the pandemic, we are no longer getting any donations that we used to receive from visitors. However, we still have to cover the various fees and costs associated with keeping her afloat - this includes insurance, docking, and of course the repairs that the ship is always in need of. Any and all donations would be greatly appreciated and impactful in this trying situation!

We are the home of the USS LCS-102. Since her return to the United States in 2007, our efforts have been dedicated to her maintenance and restoration back to her original World War II specifications.

Our purpose is to maintain her as a floating museum ship. We aim to educate and inform the public about the role that the 102, and other Landing Craft Support vessels, played during the war. The LCS-102 is being preserved as a memorial to all LCS sailors, officers and men, who made the ultimate sacrifice in service of their country.
