4worldlovers: For generations Vacaville Ice Sports has provided high quality ice and programs for tiny tots all the way to adult seniors. We have served our community as a very special place to visit, skate, create lasting friendships and make new memories. As a result of that, many of our very own staff members grew up skating right here on these rinks, and have decided to make a lifelong career out of rink operations and management. In short, we truly have a passion for all things skating and we want to share that passion with all of you.

We are dedicated to providing a fun, safe and healthy environment for children and adults to experience a truly magical ice skating experience year-round. We pride ourselves in providing the youth of our community the necessary programs, training, coaching and direction to help them achieve their goals while learning teamwork, self-discipline, responsibility and positive participation. Above all, we are committed to athletic development, personal growth, but most importantly FUN.

“We love Vacaville Ice Sports! It all started when we were having some family fun on a public ice rink, and we realized our daughter loved ice skating. We started her in Saturday morning academy classes to learn how to skate. She was six years old at the pre-alpha level. She’s had great coaches throughout the years who have encouraged and helped her reach her level goals. She continues to take academy classes (and has never taken a session off) because of the excellent coaching. She is now in freestyle 6 and is 11 years old! We started with the Skating Academy classes where all the coaches are very helpful, and Donnarae, our Skating Director is amazing with kids. Julian was three years old and Dominic was two years old, and the Academy Classes helped them learn, besides skating, also discipline and social skills. We participated in numerous skating competitions and team productions, ice shows, world championships, great skating camps, and other events, where the kids had a wonderful time. Their performance record is a testimony in itself. We train every day, and the coaches are experienced and helpful. The results and skills progress are undeniable. We have won numerous competitions and Skater Award of the year at District 14 Championship. Christmastime at Vacaville Ice Rink is magic every year, with beautiful decorations and ‘Skate a Gift’ ice show giving us memories of a lifetime.
