With Kenny, I have managed some of the most complex changes involving the airline cancelling the whole flight (happened twice!), then unexpectedly having to reschedule on a weekend 3 days before departure, and each time Kenny ran through options, rescheduled, gave us heads up about refund timeline/extra charges and other gotchas.
