I have had a great experience with both Shilpa and Kenny. With Kenny, I have managed some of the most complex changes involving the airline cancelling the whole flight (happened twice!), then unexpectedly having to reschedule on a weekend 3 days before departure, and each time Kenny ran through options, rescheduled, gave us heads up about refund timeline/extra charges and other gotchas. I used to think travel agents are a disappearing profession -- maybe true for simple schedules, but man, I realize it's so so important to have a good travel agent to keep your sanity on these complicated itineraries to India.
