4worldlovers: We have been exclusively serving women and their children, who are at-risk of becoming homeless, or who are experiencing homelessness in Sonoma County since 1993.

4worldlovers: InterFaith Shelter Network has been moving people out of homelessness in Sonoma County since our inception in 1989. We do this by empowering families and individuals who are experiencing homelessness by providing them with rapid rehousing and transitional housing and a range of services that includes tenant counseling, financial assistance and education, free psychotherapy, and case management.


Providing housing and a hand up for homeless men, women and children in Sonoma County in an atmosphere of dignity, respect and kindness; towards an outcome of empowerment, self-sufficiency and independence.


All IFSN Programs adhere to the Housing First Model and strive to assist individuals in permanently resolving homelessness.


IFSN has a positive impact on the local economy by creating and providing employment to a team of amazing professionals as well as by supporting participants to increase income during program participation.
