I believe it is really good for my overall health and well-being. Sarah has been my massage practitioner for many years now, and I'm delighted with her deep, rich, expert, relaxing and rejuvenating massages. I don't know what I'd do without her. Sarah was associated with Fuji Shiatsu in San Francisco. Fuji Shiatsu was highly regarded and always had one of the best reputations for wonderful massages at a reasonable price in the city. I've been going to Sarah for massage for many years, originally when she was at Fuji Shiatsu in Japantown. She is the best masseuse I've ever found, truly a natural healer. She can discern just what it is your body needs, where your muscles are tense, and then gives you the perfect massage. She also does a bit of Swedish massage on your arms which feels really good. I recommend her very highly. Not only is she a wonderful masseuse, her rates are beyond reasonable. Visit her in her new location, in the Lower Haight.

Cupping is an ancient Chinese modality, where glass cups are applied to the skin through vacuum to create localized stimulation of circulation.
