American Boxing was founded and is operated by Coach/ Kru Dave Nielsen, a former Muay Thai World Champion, Master Fitness Trainer, Self Defense Specialist and Combat Sports Expert. Boxing and strength focused classes provide a fun muscle building, fat burning, and sweat filled workout.

Crank the music up and get moving with full body movements and our shadow boxing routine.

Up next, you’ll shred fat with two 2-minute rounds of boxing focusing on technique, power, rhythm, and endurance.

After that, you’ll build muscle during a five minute strength circuit using bodyweight, dumbbell, and medicine ball exercises.
