Kiwi gave us text reminders and even in video on how to find the location. My appointment was at 1:30 in the afternoon on a Sunday, parking was plentiful in the nearby neighborhood. We were greeted with cold water and hot tea, a whole box of different types of teas. We had a mini consult and they fully explained everything that they do, with all different options. They even gave us recommendations especially because we had a big day coming up, they were very professional, and not pushy at all. We felt like family and not just a paying client. We went with the Jet Peel plus, it's the only place in San Diego that offers this type of facial. It was so relaxing and my skin was glowing. Very clean facility with state of the art equipment.
