Allie: I have lived at lark since 2019 and have enjoyed living here for the most part. They have been increasing rent and price gouging where they can, so I will stop living here after next rent cycle because of this.

From the staff in the office always helping in any way they can, to each maintenance team member completing my work orders quickly and with great quality. However, John the maintenance supervisor goes above and beyond to exceed my expectations! Yaritza Manzo: Academy 65 is an amazing place to live as they always have fun activities that residents can attend to. The lobby and elevators are always very clean, as it’s cleaned so often. The staff are very helpful and they are quick to fix any maintenance problems you may be having. I would recommend these apartments to any college students as it’s extremely close to campus. meeting other students is made much easier due to all of the activities they have. Overall I have had a great experience here at Academy 65!!
Chow Michael: Academy 65 is a nice place to stay, and they always have some events that can let us know more about each other. And there is a gym room and a big common area for us to have a relaxing time. The location is very convenient for us to walk through to school or grocery store.

Darren Davis: I think I'm repeating my comments but it seems peaceful, frequent updates, lots of areas to study and complete work . Maintenance responds quickly to request , staff is friendly polite, issues can be mediated with roommates with the leasing office. I'm noticing more residents since classes begun at Sac State this week.

jenna smith: The building is great and super nice as well as the rooms. The management is outstanding specially Rikki Lee. Shes helped me countless times and has been extraordinarily nice every step of the way. Never felt better talking to a manager as they can be scary but not her.

Sutana Monae: The Crossings is the perfect place to call home and they are extremely affordable in comparison to all the amenities you get here: WiFi, fully furnished, transportation, gym, a beautiful landscape to come home too and much much more!Another major plus living here is the amazing staff They are professional, friendly and really make you feel at home. From the maintenance to the front office everyone is a pleasure.As for the good stuff I absolutely love the amenities the crossings provide. Whether it's cooling off at the swimming pool, working off the holiday lbs in the gym, making new friends in the game room, or getting cozy at the fire pits with a good book, and a warm cup of tea, The Crossings has something for everyone.
