Things we've brought up for months, she has been able to help us out with in a matter of days. She has made us reconsider moving altogether and has made living here such a wonderful experience. Everyone here has been great. Overall, we're enjoying our living experiences here at 1430 Q Apartments and would highly recommend if you're someone like me who has recently relocated from a different state/city.

zuri salguero: Moved in a few months ago. Amanda the leasing agent has been nothing but friendly and professional and gets things done! The maintenance guy Jonathan works hard and is responds quickly. They are very pet friendly and give so much love to every dog in the building, especially my Luna who runs to them when she sees them. I don’t see myself living in any other building.

She was always responsive to my questions and requests and always prepared to help out. The building and facility are overall clean and safe. The rent is reasonable given the location of the building.

Alec Young: . There's also a dish washer but we use it as a drying rack. We also like there is a laundry washer and dryer in every unit; this is important for us as we did not want to use a public washer and dryer. Hot water gets hot enough for a bath and we've never had any issues with this. There's a ceiling fan and dedicated air conditioning unit in the living room and in the bedroom. The mail room is secured and has storage bins for packages. Secured covered parking is available for an additional fee on the ground and basement floor. Secured bike racks are available in a fenced off area in the ground floor parking area. Grocery Outlet has very good prices and is less than 5 minutes walk away; The Capital Park with Rose Garden is a 2 min walk; a small Target with grocery section and CVS pharmacy is a 10 min walk; Downtown Mail & Shipping is a 10 min walk, etc. We're central to a lot of the downtown/midtown restaurants, cafes, and stores. If you have children, they can go to William Land Elementary School which has a GreatSchools rating of 8 out of 10 or Miwok Middle School with a rating of also 8 out of 10. Last but not least and as many others on here have already said - Brittany and Sabrina are awesome and deserve raises. They are friendly, professional, and responsive.
Damanjit Hundal: A huge part of why I moved here was because the management is so great. Sabrina did a tremendous job of communicating with me through the process and going beyond what you normally experience with other property management teams. She did a great job of fostering a community spirit and I can already feel that here. Brittany was great as well, immediately answering any concerns and giving me any information that I needed, even the ones I wouldn’t think to ask. The apartment itself is modern with great flooring, sleek countertops and even a nice backsplash for the kitchen counters. The move-in process was extremely smooth and everything was taken care of in a really efficient way. If you’re looking for a place, check it out!

Golden One and Doco area within a short walk. Great hip restaurants within a block and beautiful and peaceful Capitol Park 1/2 a block away.The staff becomes your building family. Brittany and Sabrina are awesome....there to help you in any way possible or even just to say hi.

Ladd Casillas: The staff here is really on top of things. The leasing process with Shelby and Brittany was seamless and they made the move in super easy. The maintenance crew is really responsive and while we had a couple of things that needed attention when we first moved in they were quick to respond. The community itself is really nice too. Everyone is friendly and say hi but aren’t all up in your business either. I would highly recommend Eviva to anyone looking for a convenient location in midtown.

Like you reading this, I also saw the great reviews and wanted to give EVIVA a chance as my next home. Instantly after communicating back and forth with Shelby on the process, I knew this was the place to be. She was extremely helpful and expedited the whole process as fast as she could. The complex is kept super clean, free coffee, free internet, delivery package lockers, BBQ's, this place has it all. The Unit I'm in, 1bd/1bth is the perfect amount of space for one person. I would ABSOLUTELY recommend this apartment to anyone looking for a new place in the city.

She was so patient, thoughtful, responsive, and all around lovely throughout the process and continues to be a complete gem! When you move to an apartment, you want great management, and Eviva Midtown really distinguishes themselves in this regard.
Faith Walker: I had a great experience living in this apartment community. The apartments are really nice and have modern appliances and finishes. I had really large windows which I loved. The manager of the property, Brittany, is the best. She is super professional and on top of things. They make the leasing process very easy. The maintenance department is great - I never had any issues. I liked that they kept everything neat and clean - especially in the midst of a pandemic. You are in walking distance from the Capitol, parks, grocery shopping, coffee shops, bars and restaurants. If I ever move back to Sacramento, I will definitely return to this property.

ryan thoms: My partner and I stayed at LINQ for two years- only moving because we needed a bigger space. The management at LINQ is top tier - Robin Dial, the Apartment Manager, is a total pro. Maintenance is done very quickly, the grounds are kept very clean, and the front office is incredibly kind and helpful. I often find myself missing LINQ!
Becca Spalding: are maintained incredibly well. I love that there is always parking -- I've never seen the garage full. I love the security of having a locked garage and a locked apartment area, as well. We walk into Midtown easily or take the light rail that is directly behind Linq. We love being right next to a grocery store! We've only needed to call maintenance a few times, but they came very promptly. Highly recommend.

Donald Walker: Living at the LINQ Midtown has been a rewarding and enjoyable experience. Robin, Sunita, Kate, Carlos and the other staff collaborate to make residents feel supported while providing each to live a unique experience. Residents are respectable and quiet. The property is well maintained, but most important of all is that when there is a problem with mail delivery or the elevator is inoperable or tenants fail to follow community expectations-action is taken immediately. A very progressive and rewarding living experience is what you can expect when you live in the LINQ Midtown. Happy Holidays!

bestxXbudXxlayf: . The stellar pool and how good of a job the staff does at keeping it clean deserves at least 3 stars alone. The yards are beautiful with well maintained landscaping and trees. When the Mexican restaurant isn’t blasting loud music, the area is surprisingly quiet and peaceful for downtown. Front desk and maintenance have always been very responsive to my requests and work orders. The only issue I’ve had living here is the Capitol Towers parking garage

The property is very well maintained with the most beautiful amenities. The maintenance team is so quick to respond to anything you need. From the very first phone call, she was attentive and listened to my needs. Everyone I've interacted with on staff has been more than pleasant. The communication about scheduled maintenance is always plenty of notice and in great detail. Management responds to inquiries within a timely manner. Best of all, the apartment is maintained beautifully! I constantly see maintenance or vendors working on the property, and their handwork shines through with how clean the property is. Very impressed with this community!!

Kesson Yamamoto: Happy to have called Sutter Green my home for over the past four years! The apartments are spacious, clean and well furnished and the complex has all the amenities you could need including a pool, bbq area, workout room and lots of parking. It's also very dog friendly with a dog park and doggy bathing area if you have pets.The staff are friendly and very responsive if maintenance needs come up. And the neighbors in the community are amazing also! I just moved out since I bought a house, but if circumstances were different I'd love to have continued living there. Will miss all the friends from the community, but I'm glad that someone else will now have an opportunity to join in my place!I highly recommend Sutter Green to anyone looking for an amazing place to call home! Had we not been moving out of state I can’t think of any reason that I would have chosen to move elsewhere.Amenities are amazing and well maintained considering the traffic and usage. There was one incident at the pool and the management took appropriate actions and instituted some rules that seemed to curb bad behavior for the remainder of my residency.I never have felt so secure and safe especially considering we lived on the first floor. There are s many key fob secured doors one would have to get through before they could enter your apartment uninvited. To be honest the number of doors is a little inconvenient as a resident but that is ok.One point of improvement is the carpet in the area that is shared by a restaurant tenant. The carpet got extremely greasy prety quickly one the business opened. Im assuming they want to keep carpet so that no one will slip on a greasy floor, but the carpet would stink and looks terrible. I would think there is a better solution.Parking garage was great value. Didnt have issues with the door like I have had at other apartments. Price was considerably cheaper and more spacious than my previous midtown apartment and others I looked atAnother point of improvement was the decision to remove dog waste baskets on the exterior of the building. When we first moved in there was at least one wastebasket on each side of the facility, but after some landscaping improvements they inexplicably removed I believe two of the cans which made it less convenient to dispose of pet waste. As a result, I feel like less people in general were picking up pet waste because it was no longer easy to dispose of. Lastly, for some reason there was broken glass on the sidewalks pretty often, but maintenance got better over time in cleaning it up or less glass was broken. To me the glass is a safety concern for my dogs feet. Luckily didnt have an issue.Lastly, I do wish the material used on the ground in the dog park was different. It is currently like a dirt or sand thing and when your dog chases the ball they easily kick up clouds of dirt which can get into the eyes and ears. Also the sand irritates my dogs paws.Overall would definitely recommend this apartment. The small points of improvement ate not something that would keep me from renting again and are not entirely in the management’s control.
Heather: I’ve been at The Press since November and am loving it so far. It’s got a ton of amenities and a great community vibe. Tony and Jorge are always helpful, friendly, and hospitable.

We spent a great deal of time looking at Midtown apartments and rentals, but The Press amenities and location could not be beat.Most incredible, when my family experienced an incredible hardship, The Press stepped up, quickly and decisively, to help us out. I was so grateful. These days, large business can feel distant, without compassion. That was not our experience. I will always be grateful to The Press.

This place has an outside BBQ, gym, a yoga room that my wife is absolutely obsessed over, and even a BICYCLE REPAIR STATION. I could go on for hours about all of the amenities this place has but, I couldn’t explain it as well as our tour guide Tony. My wife and I were in ABSOLUTE AWE of how great of a personality he has, and he was definitely the final nail that had us hooked!

Isaac Bundy: Nestled adjacent to a large shopping center that has several restaurants, a Nugget grocery store, and aRite-aid and Marshall's store, this apartment complex offers amenities such as pool, BBQ area, and storage. with quiet modern two-story building structures.
V C: Atenceia was AMAZING! She is so informative, and her energy was out of this world! She answered all my questions, was funny, relatable and helped with my application. I couldn’t ask for better customer service. She was literally the best!!

With a homeless encampment on the other side of the south-western wall , transient traffic has become a late night concern. From the application process, to the walk through, to moving in and there on, it has all been amazing so far. Maintenance has been quick and happy to help, Chris has been in touch and helpful, and the grounds are kept very clean. We have noticed that the trashes are cleared regularly, daily there is someone picking up trash on the property, and we have seen Chris walking about the property almost daily since we’ve been here. The whole staff has made us feel heard thus far and made time for us. Thanks Monte Bello! I can only hope we keep this amazing line of communication and happiness ! Happy holidays
tkd99: Chris and management staff are awesome. Living here is great. Place is calm and no big issues. Maintenance issues get handled swiftly here. Landscaping is nice. Would recommend staying here.
Kotoko Stik: Overall it's a nice place, but some neighbors are not very nice and I don't understand why our workers blow all the dirt from the street onto parked cars.

Brandon Russell: Living here has been a breeze of fresh air! 3 years now and I appreciate how great communication of the office is. Kaiya the assistant is amazing always with a smile and great with answering all my questions and handling all my issues. Haley is also amazing, Kaiya and Haley are definitely a good face for this company ! Don’t plan on moving anytime soon ! Haven’t met the new manager yet but with this foundation should be an easy squeeze ! If you’re looking for an apartment definitely come look at Larkspur !

Kaiya has top tier communication and is always approachable no matter what she always makes time for my family. Jeff can literally fix anything and takes the time to walk you through exactly what is wrong and offers preventative measures to keep you out of trouble. Our move in was made as easy as possible from the beginning of signing the lease . Kaiya and Hailee are amazing they’ve been so kind and a great help with any questions I’ve had or questions I didn’t think of. This is a great place to live. Very quiet , nice , and peaceful.
