Sacramento City College: what do users think?

Vinay B: Beautiful and well maintained campus. Easy access and easy to find spots. Admin staff is very helpful.

Jonathan: Nestled amid stately oaks and lush landscaping, Sacramento City College is characterized by a welcoming, scholarly atmosphere. The well-designed grounds and buildings have amazing architectural details that are easy to miss, but delight the eye and make it an interesting place to spend time and study. It's a beautiful campus and a rich resource for students. Oh, and there are some very friendly squirrels here too!

Neyaz mohammad walizada: Good place for feature plants.

Linda Michelle Hardy: I’m currently singing with Dr Daniel Paulson and the SCC college performance choir .It’s a great way to participate in community and SING.DR Paulson is an amazing teacher. He is doing a tribute choral event honoring the late Doreen Irwin my previous choral director. We are singing Faures’ Requiem and a ton of Doreen s original choral worksOne can join every semester and learn to sing !

Irais Brown: Will it be possible to go to study at this university if I start my career in Mexico?

Annalisa Ching: , and the rest were good to stellar. The only thing that frustrated me is that the Advising and Counseling Centers almost never answered their phones or emails if I had academic-related questions; I always had to physically go to talk to an advisor just to get a simple academic question answered

Fazludin Khan: Very good advice thank

Sacramento Montessori School: what do users think?

Michelle Gonzalez: The teachers are very communicative and any time I have questions, I get a response within the same day. I get a picture of my child every day, and a report of what she ate and how much she ate, her nap times, and any incidents that may occur. We also get updates or reminders on a regular basis, so I know that the school is always looking out for the children's and staff well being.I highly recommend Sac Montessori!

Mrs. C. C: My grandchildren attend this daycare. I love the fact that I can see their daily photos and updates from out of state. They love being there and becomes upset when they cannot go to school. Great place!

Lisa Weir: My child has been in attendance at Sacramento Montessori for a little over a year and our experience has been incredibly rewarding. As a new-to-Sacramento family, changing preschools was one of many major transitions. The leadership and teaching team at Sacramento Montessori was committed to supporting our spirited and expressive child. Rather than suppressing or trying to bypass challenging moments at school, they partnered with us to figure out what was working and what wasn't; and most importantly, they partnered with us to build resiliency, independence and good communication skills in our child. We’re grateful for the thought and care that my child’s teachers put in to each and every school day; I’ve seen so much growth from age 3.5 to 4.5 years old in my child’s handwriting, letter recognition, emotional regulation and creativity. Kudos to the love that Ms Nanci and Ms Selena put towards creating an impactful bond that made this growth possible. As a bonus, I would be remiss in sharing that the convenience and variation in the meals and snacks the team provides is huge. Going from the daily drudge of packing lunches and snacks to freeing up that time and shopping list from the work week, is a huge delight. If we could do it all over again, we would definitely enroll our child at Sacramento Montessori!

roberto orozco: My son has been attending the infant program at SMS since Jan of this year. I don't have the words to express how thankful I am to the teachers for all they do for my son. From sending us daily photos to updating us throughout the day on how my son is eating, sleeping, etc.I couldn't thank the teachers enough for all they do! Thank you again, Ms. Monique, Ms. Irma, Ms. Selena, Ms. Ashley, and Ms. Makayla. Also, a big thank you to admin for the amazing structure you have implemented since taking over SMS!

Christopher Flores: My son has been attending Sacramento Montessori School for almost two years. We love the school and the teachers. We have seen how he has grown since attending and he has made some great classmate friends. They provide breakfast and lunch on site, which is a great bonus as well.

Uvette Vernon: We researched schools/daycares around the surrounding Sacramento area for months before coming across Sacramento Montessori School. I'm so happy with our decision to have our LO go to the school. The staff is so friendly and welcoming, and our LO absolutely adores seeing them each morning. I find it so difficult trusting people, but I know my baby is in good hands with the staff, and is learning so much in the almost year they've been enrolled. My LO recently transitioned to the toddler room, and I already see how much she's developed with the more structured setting vs. the infant room. In both classrooms, my LO is always happy to see their teachers.

P T: Our kids have attended Sacramento Montessori for over a year now and we are still very pleased with the curriculum and the program. Our preschooler knows how to write his name, is sounding out letters, and starting to put them together to read simple words - we are very impressed.Special shout outs to the wonderful and caring teachers, Ms. Nanci, Ms. Selena, Ms. Monique, Ms. Naomi, and Ms. Lluvana!

Aubrey Thompson: . Given the impossible situation that is COVID and daycares, they have done a great job working to keep kids safe and parents informed.

Missy Jones: This school may not have a great reputation based on its past from previous ownership. I, myself was not happy with the school before the new owners came in-and THANK GOSH they did. There is structure, proper staffing, great communication, great everything. This school takes such good care of the kids. I’m super grateful my daughter gets to spend her day here; where she loves the playground, fellow children and her teachers.

Andrew Cooper: Our daughter has been going here since she was 3 months old in August 2020. We LOVE the school. All of the staff is very friendly, great at communicating, updates throughout the day, and daily recaps w/ photos. each day when we drop her off we feel confident she is in great hands. The activities they do with our daughter each day leave a lasting effect and can be seen at home with her strong sense of, "I can do it." The independence we feel is instilled in her daily routine at Sacramento Montessori School is a great starting point for her strong sense of self.We look forward to our continued time with the school

Alexandra Gallus: We held off on sending our daughter to school for a long time because weren’t sure how she would do with all the kids and teachers. Sacramento Montessori School has made the transition so easy. They are just as loving and supportive of our tiny as we are at home. They care so much about the students and have partnered with us with everything from toilet learning to classroom transitions. Our little one comes home excited about her buddies, her teachers, and all that she has learned. We even get to follow along with her day to see what foods she is exploring and to see her doing her jobs. We truly feel so grateful to have SMS in our corner. You won’t be disappointed!

Raleigh Coppin: We started our son here in October of 2021. There are a lot of schools around and we are so happy we chose the Sacramento Montessori School. His teachers are all wonderful. Even all of the other teachers know every kid's name and who theirparents are. This makes my wife and I feel very comfortable dropping him off every day. We love the notifications throughout the day of what they had for breakfast, lunch and snacks from their awesome chef as well as a photo of what they've been up to during the day. The activities they do every day are very well thought out and organized and we can see huge leaps in his development fromweek to week. We have recommended this school to all of our friends with kids.

Christina Almendariz: I really love the new adminstration. Sacramento Montessori School has new administration as of June 2020. They have done alot of updates and the school looks beautiful. Administration has been a problem in the past and that is in the past! Staff and administration are friendly, kind and have the child's individual personality and families in mind. The school provides 2 meals and 3 snacks prepared by the schools personalChef. If you are biking, walking or driving this school provides easy accessibility. There are so many things to say. But it is definitely a place worth looking into. You can feel good knowing your child is in good hands.

Alicia H Fleming Sebastian: Our kiddo has been attending Sacramento Montessori for one year -- since he was just under 2. Our kiddo joined our family from foster care and we found the entire Sacramento Montessori School team to be supportive in working within the foster system, partnering with us to ensure that his specific needs were taken into consideration, and cheering us on as two new moms navigating motherhood in COVID-19. Our kiddo is developing in ways we could have only hoped and we know Sacramento Montessori's child-led learning, warm and caring team, and engaging environment has played such an important role in this development. We are looking forward to the years ahead as a part of this sweet community!

Jamie Corsaro-Vaca: I have been sending my son to Sacramento Montessori for almost four years now, and my daughter joined him this past year as well. The new owners and staff are incredible! I know there were some administrative difficulties/bad reviews of the school before the new ownership took over, and I could previously relate to some of them. However, the current situation is dramatically different. All of the staff are so friendly and helpful, and take incredible care in teaching and nurturing my children. There is always someone available to talk to if I questions/concerns, and they always do their best to help and resolve. My kids love their teachers and friends, and the remodeling of the school is lovely! We've always loved the outdoor play area and garden; its a true gem for a daycare to have this, especially in an urban area. Thanks for all you do, Sac Montessori!

Theadora Fuerstenberg: My daughter has been attending Sacramento Montessori since she was 4 months old and we couldn't be happier with the caring and attentive staff, clean and safe classrooms, and high quality Montessori curriculum the administration provides. Everyone is amazing, especially teach Lluvana and administrator Jessie. They have helped our two-year old learn and grow so well! Very thankful!!

Kellie Flores: through an app and are quick to respond if you want to check in on something outside of the day-to-day.They rotate age-appropriate learning activities and emphasize outdoor time

Brandi C: We love Sacramento Montessori School!! Both of our children attend and enjoy going to class everyday. Their teachers Miss Marcella and Miss Amanda are so patient with them. They communicate with us often and there are no surprises. We love getting photos of our kids everyday so we know exactly what they are doing. I have nothing but great things to say. If you're looking for a daycare, this is the one to pick!
