Natomas Yoga Studio: what do users think?

Michele Cook: Love this studio! If you haven’t tried hot yoga, come and get it! Literally the most effective and immediate way to re-shape your body and your mind. Hands down hot yoga deepens peace of mind and increases my body awareness more and more every time I attend. It’s hot but it only takes about 3 sessions to acclimate and you feel/see results after the first class! Come join us.

Paula Turk: Wonderful is an understatement! Bikram hot yoga for the Friday win!!

Donna Davis: Absolutely loved Gianna’s class. She is knowledgeable, gives excellent queues/modifications, and caters to her students needs in such a respectful way. It is rare for a teacher to take their time on educating people to basics of Ashtanga Vinyasa. I practice the full primary series regularly, but loved how she condensed the class into one hour. The community seemed really nice and the studio was beautiful. What a special offering in Natomas!!!

andrea valdivia: Super clean and inviting studio.

Ramesh Prakash: Everyone needs self care. This place can give you a head start to personal wellness. A very positive experience here. Super nice staff and members.

Lesley Thurston: First off! The nice lady I forgot her name that was doing the yogi instructions for the class is one tough cookie that’s for sure! She Really gave us a workout and got down to my Bones! I had not stretched like that in years, and it was well overdue and very much needed. When I got home within an hour, I was feeling like I was 16 again, I’m not sure what went on in there, but I became alive again! Feeling like I have my life back on the right tracks! I will be back! She was great!

Son. person: gianna bissa is the best yoga instructor in all of South Natomas. There is no better 🔥🔥

Hot Yoga Davis: what do users think?

Brad: Hot Yoga Davis has greatly improved my health and well being. The heat greatly increases flexibility and the order of the postures build on one another to create a great 90 minute workout. Erin provides corrections without calling anyone out, but I know and appreciate when such suggestions are directed at me. Erin’s teaching of the class has advanced my yoga practice since taking my first class with her in 2022.

Steven Kelleher: I started this class in my sixties. A friend gave me a gift certificate. Best gift ever! Erin is a knowledgeable, experienced teacher and I’ve learned a lot from her. She welcomes all levels of folks. I particularly enjoy the comfort of the hot routine and the uninterrupted focus. I highly recommend. Steve K.

Ken: I look forward to my three times a week at the hot yoga studio run by Erin Dunning in Davis. I started many years ago, looking to help heal a sports related shoulder injury. After the first session I was hooked! Both a physical and a meditative experience, is strengthening and mentally challenging. The studio is nice, clean with areas to store your clothes and items, with a shower for after the sessions. Everyone is at different levels in the class, from beginner to advanced yogis. You advance at your own pace. Being hot yoga you will expect to sweat, best to come to class well hydrated. Most important is just showing up!

A. Sutton: This is a great studio. The classes are challenging but fun and the owner/instructor is AWESOME. I have been to several hot yoga studios but always feel like I am coming back home when I come to HYD. . This studio is simply the best!

Ellie Kasbergen: I have been going to hot yoga for many years. Erin is a great instructor, with so much knowledge of the moves, the benefits and so kind. You need to try this class, it’s worth the work. You will sleep better and just feel so much better physically taking this class!!

Kelly Macy: I have been with hot yoga Davis for at least 13 years. It is the way I stay grounded, it is my cross training for distance cycling, it is my heat training for outdoor summer activities. Through HYD I have learned to pace myself & trust myself. I have learned so much about the power of the breath, especially when I’m tired, thirsty and hot. Erin is amazing and I always look forward to seeing the smiling faces of my yoga buddies!

Thomas Braham: Such a great set of teachers and great hot sequence. Bring water and there’s a dressing room and shower.

Patrick Painter: Positive:Communication,Professionalism,QualityLove this place. Erin's a true yogini!

chris dito: , Carolyn, Jessie, Anita, Astirol, Bineti

J. L.: up the stairs to an artist-loft.And that's the problem. After the routine mind/ body/ emotional/ mental/ spiritual healing experience after every class, I never want to leave.

Mara Johnson: continues her enduring commitment to gift us Bikram Yoga in Davis. This practice and community steadily enriches me in ways that count.

Carolyn Thomas: This is the best place for hot yoga.... Come try it.... I have been practicing at Bikram Yoga Davis since day one. Erin is amazing, come and be inspired... warm and always welcoming.

Mitch Mysliwiec: Been attending class going on 10 years now. Great studio, fantastic teachers, awesome community. Total life changer.

June Wood: Excellent place! Parking is down the street but helps you take time to reflect as you walk.

Bineti Vitta: I love this studio! It has beautiful wooden floors and gets plenty of light.

Glenda Drew: This is the best studio! It’s beautiful, on the second floor and has the best teachers!!! I can change myself here. Or accept myself as I experience who I am.

Picasso d'Dog: Focused, intense, and mindful workout! Instructors are helpful and friendly and take their teaching seriously. Calm and casual environment. Namaste.

Yoga Loka: what do users think?

Landon Goldstein: Very nice traditional 26&2 yoga studio.

Cody Michael: Stopped in while I was in town for work and the community here was amazing, they were super welcoming and friendly. The facility and the instructor were awesome, and the showers are outdoors which I thought was very zen and cool. Made for a calming end to the practice that day, I wish I had more time while I was in town to stop in some more but I can't wait to come back.

Chenoa Berg: This is the least expensive yoga studio in Sacramento and possibly the oldest. I absolutely adore the brick and mortar style architecture of the building and the ivy growing all along the exterior. The showers are outside which reminds me a lot of Funky Door Yoga when it was still open on Haight Street in San Francisco. Those were private stalls however so in some ways this studio is different, the schedule and prices are similar to those original Bikram studios. Back before the “hot yoga” studios started offering hot pilates and raising their prices. I like that this schedule is simple and consistent kind of how I intend to continue my practice. Yes you can pay more elsewhere for a different experience that includes pilates, indoor showers and boutique clothing stores but this one has just as good teachers as anywhere. There is filtered water available too behind the counter if you go to the sink between the washing machine and dryer which sealed the deal for me.

Nicole Cunningham: I’ve been going to this studio for at least a decade or more. I just love Michael and the way he teaches in such a calm way making everyone feel comfortable. I recommend this special studio to all my friends and family 🙏

Cristina Baggio: Great Bikram experience

Kim Vic: Great place to be. Best decision made this year.

Leesa Katherine: The best!

Sunhee Park: Amazing experience that you encounter your true self

Lotus Petal: The most quiet, peaceful, relaxing, welcoming Yoga studio I have ever practice😌.If you are looking for absolute Peace, definitely it's your place!Namaste. 🌼

may i bud. but never flower.: The absolute best yoga studio in Sacramento. The students are will be happy to share their space and sweat with you. The teachers are kind and supportive and actually make you feel like you can do the impossible.

Solfire Yoga: what do users think?

L Andarcia: Solfire had a special during the holidays that was impossible to resist. I've been going almost every day. All the instructors are great, and I've been getting everything I expected. Grateful for this team!

Anna Hijar: The best yoga session I’ve ever had. Everyone is so kind and welcoming. It was a whole body burn with just as much mental rest. Absolutely amazing yoga studio. Will definitely be returning!

Mark Burns: Dropped in for the Saturday 8:15am class and it was fantastic. Very welcoming staff, fun and energetic coach, clean studio👍 Well Done!!

Gladys Cox: 545am flow is the perfect way to start the day! Awesome flow to warm up and ending with a splash of tabata before shavasana

Gregory Bevens: Let me just start this off by saying that as someone that had wanted to try yoga for a long time but felt uncomfortable trying something new out of fear I couldn't of found a better place to practice it. All the instructors and staff here are great and very welcoming and always happy to answer any questions you might have especially Donna at the front desk.As for the instructors themselves they are bring their own energy to their classes. So you want to try them all out if you have the time and find the instructors who meet your needs. Personally I enjoy Jesse classes the most finding them both challenging while still very accessible to a beginner like myself. There is others like Alex and Blake who both have classes I enjoy as well. Even if you can't keep up the entire class you are never made to feel bad about it and are encouraged to rest when you truly need to.The prices for the unlimited classes a month too is awesome and if I had to give one piece of advice is drink lots of water before class cause they don't call it hot yoga for nothing.

Suzanne Contreras: Great Sunday evening class. Friendly people. Cool atmosphere. Cate is an excellent instructor. Loved her cuing, relatability and music!

Julia Wayne: Went to this yoga studio on my last day in Sacramento and was blown away with how welcoming and kind everyone was. The class was fantastic, accessible and tough. Wish this was my home studio!

Esveidy Oceguera: Got a 4 class sessions for $50, attended the first class today. I have never done yoga before but the instructor kept a good pace for newbies to keep up and good a workout in. Was really relaxing and really allowed my body to feel stretched and relaxed all at the same time. 10/10 first experience!

Amina Zamani: Blake is a genius! BEST studio in Sacramento.

Courbet: Beautiful Yoga Studio. Hot Yoga at 4:30. Recovery Yoga Tuesdays at 5:30 with Blake. Wonderful Experience!

Howie Kuznitz: Clean, welcoming, and professional. The teachers are great and the studio is a vibe.

Melissa Longfellow: Power yoga vinyasa sweat workout physical challenging.Exactly what I was looking for. Visiting from out of town and appreciate a great class while I’m here.Rental mats are like greasy slippery *sad* for me that I don’t have my mat with me.

Alberto Hamonet: So incredibly happy to have found this studio. Caring, insightful and fun with varying degrees of difficulties depending on instructor and class.Definitely plenty of hot, hardcore vinyasa which is my cup of tea.A wonderful community I am glad to have been a part of.Namaste !

RAW Yoga Center: what do users think?

Sydney Klatt: I always have positive experiences at RAW. I took a Yin class with Kirsten this week and she facilitated a wonderful practice that was grounding and intuitive- even over video! Highly recommend you to check out her class and the rest of the studio's offerings. 3

Colm McEvilly: Uniquely different than other studios in the area. This is the spot to be for restoration.

Courtney Brune: I’ve taken a couple vinyasa classes from Melody, and she’s fantastic! I feel that RAW really lives up to its name, Real, Authentic and Wild 3

Austin Cooper: With so many yoga studios in Sacramento, it's hard to find one that speaks to you. I finally found mine! From the moment you walk in the door; you're home. The scent, the happy faces, music, and the genuine welcoming vibe that you feel the RAW team makes a HUGE difference. This group loves what they do and it shows! If you want a studio where you'll feel welcome and safe; give RAW a try. And there's tea!

Kristin Rodriguez: Melodys class was so playful, yet meaningful. The space feels very welcoming of all people and the tea offerings at the accompanying tea house are wonderful. I felt at home as soon as I walked in. And to piggy back off of that melody and Leo were so helpful when I had a mix up enrolling for class! Thank you!

Vanessa: Cozy. Warm. Inviting. Charming. They teach authentic yoga here and the loose leaf tea is a can’t miss.

Lauren Bachman: Loving this authentic and grounded yoga studio! The paintings on the walls are moving, I love grabbing a delicious cup of tea after class, and enjoy the spunky music that Melody plays in her Tuesday/Thursday night classes.

Michelle Henning: Great studio. Wonderful teachers. I enjoy my class each time. Rommel and his playlists rock! I’d love to know what all the songs are that he uses. Parking is easy in Oak Park and the tea next door at Classy Hippy is great too.

Nicole Ostertag: This place is awesome! I’ve enjoyed all of the instructors I’ve tried. They try to make it fun and the vinyasa classes are definitely more of a workout, which I love!

Seerat Uppal: I have been away from yoga for quite some time and RAW Yoga made it easy for me to come back. Everyone is welcoming and supportive. For me, that is very important as it can be hard and frustrating coming back to something after not having done it for so long. You have expectations that your body can't meet. The team pays attention and helps you through it. I'm so glad I found this place.

Brittany Newton: New to yoga but absolutely loving my first month. Their introductory offer of unlimited classes and tea makes it easy to get a feel for the studio and shop. Everyone is extremely welcoming and nonjudgmental. Will be continuing my membership!

Ariana Lozano: Dope energy. Great sequences. QTPOC community Saturday mornings3

Sarah Fisher: Everyone has been super welcoming and kind! The space is really cozy and the classes are just what I need during a stressful week. I’m glad I found this place!

Kat Haro: I've always loved RAW, and they've maintained the vibes in their new space on Broadway with the Classy Hippie Tea Co. Great instructors, positive environment, classes aren't typically overcrowded, but feel like a good community.

Amy Linsley: They are now located inside Classy Hippie Tea! The staff are all extremely friendly here and I always leave feeling happier! I love getting some tea after yoga class! Cute outdoor area to enjoy your tea with some friends! They have a wide variety of classes including tai chi and queer community yoga! I highly recommend this yoga studio!

Nick Altman: Really enjoy the staff and experience at RAW. All the teachers have been really welcoming and I’ve found the Sunday Yin class especially relaxing. I’ve been to one vinyasa class and enjoyed that one as well. I’d definitely recommend it. As a bonus it’s inside classy hippie tea so you can grab a great drink on the way out!

Jana Coyle: I am brand new to yoga and the instructors at RAW have been gentle and kind and I look forward to my next class. The atmosphere is welcoming and authentically inclusive. The new student special is a great opportunity to try out RAW and see if you would like to join with a membership. I highly recommend trying RAW if you are in the Oak Park, Curtis Park, Midtown, East Sac, And Tahoe Park areas.

Mila Benson: Love the new location! All the instructors are helpful and classes are frequent. I highly recommend Melody Johnson- she's a gem!

Shelby Sever: I just moved to the area and am so excited to have already found a great studio to practice at! All of the instructors have been quite helpful, I genuinely feel as if my technique will benefit from their teaching. You've gotta try it out!

DOMA Studio: what do users think?

Megan Murphy: I love this studio. I moved from San Diego where Pilates & Sculpt are very mainstream and competitive in a sense, tried a few other well known studios in Sacramento and it was the same energy - churning classes out, packing us into a pitch black room like sardines, no thoughtful explanation of how/why to do the exercise, no corrections to prevent injuries.DOMA is an ENTIRELY different culture. Every teacher is welcoming, very articulate and clearly indicates how to do the practice safely, slows down to ensure everyone is briefed on the exercises BEFORE, and is thoroughly engaged throughout the practice and monitoring we're doing things correctly. Another important detail, the community is extremely friendly and kind - which is a direct indication of the studio, teachers, and style. But don't get me wrong - these are not slow or easy classes, you definitely get out what you put in. I haven't been this lean or strong since high school sports days! Can't recommend this place enough!!!

Josie Van Atta: Wow! Visiting town for a couple days and stumbled across this studio, and man am I glad I did. One of the most creative vinyasa flows I’ve ever been led through! Clearly a lot of regulars and even so the energy was very welcoming and friendly. I would definitely go back!

james Rosenheim: create a solid foundation for the body and mind. The program is efficient, and runs like a well-oiled machine. The teachers are always punctual, and I have never felt they were unprepared, nor have I experienced an awkward transition or delay. And the studio is immaculately clean. The teachers are all experts; they are focused, and challenging. They do not waste time, nor give speeches or long talks...when you arrive on your mat, get ready to work. And they push you.And yet, behind it all, you can FEEL THE LOVE. Unlike a machine, there is no coldness to this community. Instead of robotics, one feels the humanness and friendliness of the staff and culture.Kata, the owner of Doma Studios, perfectly embodies these values. Confident, hard-working, and a consummate professional, Kata exudes strength, kindness, and stoicism. I've never once heard her complain; rather, her boundless energy is laser focused on creating change through an intense yet cool and calm presence. Kata is passionate about instilling a belief in her students and staff. Kata is a natural teacher and although she runs a tight ship, you never feel like anything is about her. She pours all of herself into breathing life and purpose into the people whose lives she touches. She inspires me."Everything you do right here, right now, in this 60 minutes, is for you...just one hour out of your day...you can do this!" One might hear Kata say.And all of the teachers, although they bring slightly nuanced perspectives and stretches, carry Kata's spirit. Each teacher makes an attempt to know everyone, and are always available after class to discuss technique and offer support. They know, and you know, they are pushing you because you are going to reap the benefits. And while you are being pushed, you never feel judged. "Respect your limits, and know your edges," teacher Brian offers with kindness. "Maybe today you are only at 50%, and that is okay. Just by showing up on your mat, you chose to make a difference in your life today."The bottom line is this: If you are looking to get into great shape, and at the same time reap the spiritual, emotional, and physical benefits of a yoga practice, Doma Yoga Studio will not disappoint. If you make it to your mat here, your body WILL CHANGE. And you will see results quickly.

aynaz lotfata: This place is heaven. Mentors, environment , motivation are excellent. I lived in different states and experienced different studios. Here is best to improve mental health and physical health. Hope they had other branches in north California. as they progress, they may have in future. Congrats for DOMA team.

Paul Massoud: Ashley is who you want to have teaching and coaching you. Her methods are very fun, peaceful yet tough to keep you pushing yourself. Have never ever had a better workout in 32 years of life. Happy to be a part of such a wonderful experience. Thank you Ashley!

Aimee Moncada: & the intensity of the workouts! They really help to clear my head & feel in tune with my body/ breathe. Love this studio!

Logan Hungrige: It's a nice clean facility and I really enjoyed the teacher!! Roz was able to hold such a safe space for us that my nervous system felt very calmed and supported. She was also super personable, introduced herself before the class and also checked up with me after the class

Robynne Rose-Haymer: It's a great re-entry to yoga practice. Lovely studio, competent, caring instructor. Nice classmates.

Chelsea Jorrin: was kind and encouraging! The Warm Vinyasa was my first class.

Brent Burkhart: The heat And humidity was a good temperature, not too overpowering or suffocating. The instructor was friendly, and the curriculum was solid.

James Taylor: Great classes and instructors, good value for money!

Maureen Finn: Very friendly and warm atmosphere. Engaged teachers, great music, and connected flows.

Amanda Sutter: I've gone to Doma off and on over the past year and a half and love how supportive the teachers are and the hours and variety of classes offered. I typically feel very uncomfortable in group work out classes but always feel welcomed at Doma!

Isis Pérez Farías: I went to DOMA for almost a month while I was visiting and I loved it! The amount of teachers you can have classes with it’s amazing! So many options, different types of yoga too. Everyone made me feel welcome and I’d recommend to try as many as you can. Shot out to Kata for building an amazing team, and to amazing teachers like Sam, Cassie and Ashley. I learned a lot from all the teachers I met!

Val M: Th location is convenient and the instructor was knowledgeable. The studio was very clean.

Roxanne McRae: The teachers here are incredibly compassionate about their work and it emulates through in the classes. What a welcoming, loving community and such a beautiful space to practice. I’m forever grateful for Doma & what the practice of yoga has mentality , physically, and emotionally provided ♥️

One Flow Yoga: what do users think?

Lori Hart: I highly recommend One Flow Yoga. Being a member for 9 years, I see no reason to check out any other studios. I appreciate the owners, Kate & Tracy and the various other stellar instructors who all have their unique styles, a very clean studio, their excellent customer service and that they personalize my experience with the simple gesture of remembering my name. When needed, I've also opted taking classes on Zoom and doing some of the many On Demand classes available.Check out their website. I recommend taking their introductory one month special so you can check it out and hopefully experience One Flow's offerings long term like me.Namaste & enjoy!

Kathleen Rooney: One flow yoga is a VERY special place. More than an amazing yoga studio it’s a home you can always come back to find a friend and if you are lucky more of yourself. I can’t recommend it more!

Daniel Tancredi: One Flow is superb, a comfortable studio with knowledgeable and friendly coaches, with offerings at a variety of levels. As a beginner looking to improve mobility, I started with the Beginner’s Series, an eight-session introduction that I would highly recommend to others new to yoga. I followed that with regular beginner-friendly classes, which are “simple but not easy”. These nicely complement my running by giving me mobility, balance, and strength work. The coaches are very careful in keeping us safe and offering modifications to make challenging poses more accessible. There are several classes every week, which makes it easy to keep up a regular practice. Whether you are new to yoga or highly experienced, I expect you will find One Flow Yoga to be a great place to practice!

Anne Rapp: and made to feel completly comfortable during the practice.

Megan Lim: I initially signed up for a 30-day trial here as a birthday present to myself and have been coming consistently since. Previous yoga studios, while great, were NOTHING like my experience at One Flow. The people who teach and practice here are genuinely kind and authentic, and the space is comfortable, clean, and calming. Every class leaves me feeling stronger

Vanessa Woods: My favorite yoga studio! One Flow has created a warm, welcoming, sacred place to cultivate mind, body, spirit and community. The instructors are all very talented and meet you where you’re at in your practice, whether you’ve been at it for a month or decades. I’m very grateful to have found a home for my yoga practice during my postpartum journey. Thank you Kate and Tracy!

Anna Fadem: . This studio has been one of the highlights of my move. Thank you, One Flow!

Alyse Kresich: Really wonderful experience being a member of this studio. They all know your name, and are really friendly and easy to talk to. I love the challenges and the option to participate at home on Zoom if you're feeling a slight cold or out of town for work but still would like to get some yoga in.

Matthew Swoboda: Great Saturday morning all level class, cool instructor and music

Nafees Coleman: Amazing, loved it!

hiserra: If you are looking for a yoga studio, come check out One Flow. There is something for everyone here!I remember walking into my first yoga class feeling a little bit nervous and a little bit scared. I guess that is natural when you try anything new. But, the friendly, welcoming community here now feels like home! For beginners, they offer beginner level classes and even a beginner's workshop where you can learn surrounded by others new to yoga. Over the course of the workshop you learn the fundamental poses, touch on Yoga philosophy and walk out with everything you need to know to feel comfortable in a yoga class. You've also probably made a new friend or two to go to your first class with! If the workshop is not for you, just come to a Level 1/Beginners class, you will be in terrific hands with any of the teachers and the warm, supportive community here.If you are looking for something a little deeper in your yoga practice, Kate's knowledge of and passion for the practice of yoga makes this studio special. They have offered workshops on the Yogic texts, Mental Health, and even a 30 day Reboot practice including yoga, meditation and gratitude practices. Each of the teachers bring a special quality to thier classes and their love of the practice is apparent.Come check it out.

Analisa Arnold: One Flow is the best yoga studio I have ever practiced at. They are welcoming, thoughtful and extremely well-managed. All of the teachers are kind and knowledgeable. The studio is also very clean and inviting.

LINDSAY DEFAZIO: The best!!!

Paul Tix: First time here. Visiting a friend in Sacramento. The studio was very nice, clean, great space. April led the class and she was very professional, friendly, and welcoming. The class was refreshing - a little different than the classes I’m used to. I found a new home for my practice when I’m in town. Thank you so much!

Tamica Crowder: Love this place! Great way to start or end your day!
