Therefore, I rate him highly. Note: I had two service techs in the past who became my regular techs. They were dependable and listened to my input. They knew my expectations which included doing a thorough job of sweeping away cobwebs around the house exterior and spraying the house and yard perimeters, mow strips and pathways and hot spots. Other techs arrive and are gone within 20 to 30 minutes. This does not seem like ample enough time to do a complete and thorough job.

I was concerned about some wasps that were getting into a bathroom and some activity that I saw on the exterior of the house related to wasps, and Chris and JR were willing to climb into my attic and onto my roof and look at places that other companies were not able to inspect to rule out the presence of a nest. I'm conscious of what gets used products wise and want to know that it's effective on unwanted pests but has the least impact on the humans and animals around us and the environment in general. I especially appreciated that there were no pressure tactics or attempts to push products and services based on fear-mongering and worst case scenarios, instead they were honest and helped work with us on what our goals were as far as prevention and treatment!

When he arrived, he asked what my problems were and then explained how he could help resolve my pest concerns. My 9yr old curious boy wanted to learn about pests, so he followed André around the house and Andre took the time to explain every step he took, to my chatty son. He was kind and patient. The whole house was sprayed and also roofing and corners were mopped of cobwebs and he also helped remove an old empty wasp nest. Finally when I explained my concerns w mosquitos, he did an extra spray around the bushes and tree area. It was great service from a respectful and thorough pest technician.
