Ray felt very bad that I was unsatisfied with the service and that I never received what I purchased. So he had me go to the store to look through the furniture books and see which bunk beds were the best for my son. Then he had my son come and choose the bed that he liked. We went through all the books and marked the ones we liked. Ray and his son called every single bed that we had chose to see if it was in stock before placing the order. We finally found one because most of them were not in stock and they didn't have an estimated delivery time due to the covid-19. He placed the order for the bunk bed and added it to his Monday shipping. He showed me the order invoice just to confirm. Ray and his son made sure we were leaving happy this time and went above and beyond to make sure my son had his bed. I am very pleased with this company for the fact that they made the effort to contact me several times to fix their mistake and gave me a discount on the bunk bed. They took a loss just to keep me happy because they felt very guilty about my bad experience the first time. Ray had called within hours of my review. He felt very guilty because he is a man of faith and did not want this on his conscience. I would definitely come back and purchase some more furniture from this company in the future. I appreciate everything that they had did to make me, my child and husband happy. He stood behind his word and gave great customer service. Thank you Furniture Co.
