S W: We got this slab in February. Evan was so helpful. Not only did he take us around the yard and find the right size of walnut slab, he also gave us some ideas on the oil, epoxy and sand papers. We totally followed his suggestion and even used epoxy that was not in my plan. The slab looks awesome.The slab was fairly flat. We used belt sander to remove the saw marks and some higher ridges. We installed it on an adjustable desk frame, and it is rock solid when we adjust the desk up and down with its dual motor. Thanks to Evan, it is successful and easier than what we expected.
Brandon McDaniel: Went to Truwood after finding their location on a craigslist ad. After reviewing their instagram, I was amazed by the quality of cuts they would produce. I went to the site with my wife, and the team greeted us and made themselves available for help. Evan took the time to educate us about the different types of wood we were looking at and how they are to work with and how they would look when finished and how that would effect the outcome of our headboard. All that information and an amazing price for our maple and walnut slabs made this a very positive and welcoming experience. Thank you to Evan and the crew at Truwood for their craftsmanship!Update: We finally found time during quarantine to find ish our wood slabs we bought about 7 months ago! They are amazing! We did this work personally, but the slabs are from here, thank you again to the crew at Truwood!

Andrea was extremely helpful in showing us the difference between a chase and a daybed component to a sectional. We chose the daybed and had is custom made to our room's dimensions. Andrea was also very helpful in choosing foam density, pillow fabric to complement the sectional fabric and keeping us apprised of the progress of the build. When there was a glitch in having the wrong pillows delivered with the sectional, Andrea made good on the delivery mistake and made sure everything was brought to completion to our satisfaction. We are very grateful for choosing My Sofa Factory for such a major purchase!

The salesman 👨💼 was profesional and knowledgeable which is respectable nowadays. He was able to answer all of our questions and even offered us to take home 🏠 some fabric to see how the colors would match at the house 🏡. We will most likely be coming back and do some business 🧑💼 here. There furniture is higher quality and bathe prices are also reasonable considering they manufacture the items on site!

Lauri and her team worked with me to get exactly the support and firmness that I wanted, letting me come back twice to try out how it felt to sit in them, and graciously making modifications to meet my preference before putting on the new fabric.The workmanship is perfect and my chairs are beautiful!! And when I decided to recover my son’s dining chairs myself to save him money, Allied graciously sold me the fabric to do-it-myself!! They take pride in their work, want to please you, and treat customers like friends.

We purchased sectional furniture from RC Wiley's and it was delivered without the parts. Needless to say it was returned. Decided to branch off to the Furniture Co and we found what we were looking for. Ray felt very bad that I was unsatisfied with the service and that I never received what I purchased. So he had me go to the store to look through the furniture books and see which bunk beds were the best for my son. Then he had my son come and choose the bed that he liked. We went through all the books and marked the ones we liked. Ray and his son called every single bed that we had chose to see if it was in stock before placing the order. We finally found one because most of them were not in stock and they didn't have an estimated delivery time due to the covid-19. He placed the order for the bunk bed and added it to his Monday shipping. He showed me the order invoice just to confirm. Ray and his son made sure we were leaving happy this time and went above and beyond to make sure my son had his bed. I am very pleased with this company for the fact that they made the effort to contact me several times to fix their mistake and gave me a discount on the bunk bed. They took a loss just to keep me happy because they felt very guilty about my bad experience the first time. Ray had called within hours of my review. He felt very guilty because he is a man of faith and did not want this on his conscience. I would definitely come back and purchase some more furniture from this company in the future. I appreciate everything that they had did to make me, my child and husband happy. He stood behind his word and gave great customer service. Thank you Furniture Co.

Erika Rodriguez-Muñoz: This was the best furniture buying experience ever. My husband and I went into Sacto Furniture randomly. What really drew us into the building were the murals outside. We went in and we were immediately greeted by Andy. Andy was so welcoming! He also asked us what we were looking for and got straight to the point. He told us how much the product was and when it could be delivered. Others might not find this appealing but I did! It was no nonsense purchase and I loved it. I went in on a Thursday and our sectional was delivered on Sunday. Andy contacted me directly and told me when to expect the delivery and also texted me before they came by for the delivery. The set up was super fast and friendly! Andy and his colleague asked me and my husband where we wanted the sectional placed and even asked if we wanted the carpet underneath the couch. It was a great experience and I will definitely be back. Most importantly, I will be referring my family and friends to Sacto Furniture. Thank you!

They were really easy to work with and super helpful. We used their website to find a couple of pieces we liked and then texted to narrow things down. Their prices and quality are great. Robert Oloroso: I cannot say enough good things about Sacto Furniture. From the first minute of contact with Andy and his staff was BEYOND amazing at providing service. He provided detailed information about the furniture, confirmed that it would fit appropriately, confirmed the layout of the dining room and made suggestions, and then sent an update for each step of the order. There were no surprises which is amazing. Then came the actual delivery - I have never been so impressed with delivery, set up, and speed. It was perfect. I didn't have to touch or rearrange anything. It came as scheduled, with the guys even calling me 30 minutes prior to arrival. Andy even followed up with me the day of the delivery to make sure that all my expectations were met. Can't beat the price or the service!

I am so pleased with all of the pieces! They are great quality and look beautiful. Additionally, the gentlemen who delivered and assembled the furniture were kind, polite and quick. The team updated me every step of the way from estimated delivery date, time frame as to when it would actually be delivered on the day, and a 30-minute heads up from when they were actually arriving.
