The Hidden Table was founded by Chef Russ and Linda Landers, a husband and wife team who dreamed of creating an intimate personal chef and catering company built on the values of the organic farm-to-fork movement. With four daughters between them, health and nutrition has long been a huge focus in their lives. Now, the meals carefully prepared by Russ and his team during an event are the same meals he cooks for his own family.

Chef Russ and his team work magic. Not only is the food so clearly made out of love, the entire service is professional and impressive. Each dish has a little something extra and yummy. My wedding guests were obsessed with his Chimi Churi sauce for our tri-tip! Thank you, Hidden Table.

We have used Griselda's and Michael's catering services for a number of events through the years (PLUS we've attended many of the events they've catered.) All were consistently and professionally handled so their experience shows. Their staff, from Kerei on down to the servers, are very upbeat and really add to the event with their "esprit do corps." Our Greek Independence Day Event last March was especially memorable. From Asian to Latino to the Greek event's, all very consistently good and very aesthetically presented. I almost forgot: even for our human rights group event last year - a non-profit for which budgetary concerns are always there - they worked with us to make it a WIN/WIN for all. Thank you~!~!~!
