This neighborhood park is 10 acres. Swanston Park is open to the community from sunrise to sunset. When visiting the park, all dogs must be on a leash. For picnic rentals, visit https://www.morpd.com/picnic-rentals.

The Swanston Splash Park is our most exciting attraction at Swanston Park. The multiple water features and exciting Splash Pad area make for hours upon hours of fun in the sun. The Splash Park is FREE to the public and is open per the schedule below.


The Swanston Splash Park will open this summer from Memorial Day Weekend through Labor Day from 10am-7pm daily.

Shasta Community Park is a 18.14 acre community park which includes the 20,000 S.F. Valley Hi/North Laguna Library. Shasta Community Park opened in spring 2009, and the library opened August 29, 2009.

4worldlovers: One of the largest splash parks of its kind in Northern California, White Rock Splash Park (located at White Rock Community Park) features a dump bucket, water slides, canons, water jets and other fun features to cool off in the hot summer months. All children under the age of 12 must be accompanied by an adult.

For the safety of all users, those wishing to ride the water slides need to meet minimum height requirements and purchase a wristband. State law requires that our lifeguards enforce height requirement rules. Wristbands help our lifeguards identify eligible riders. Due to OSHA requirements: to ride the small orange slide, riders must be at least 42” tall. To ride the longer, yellow slide, riders must be at least 46” tall. Height checks at entrance are measured without shoes. Children not tall enough for slides can enter for free and play in the spray areas.
