Christie London: Service was amazing. Scheduling could be improved. Scheduled an 8-12 time frame which is standard, but they knew they had a meeting and the technician would not arrive before 9:30. Since they called to confirm that I was first on the schedule I stayed home instead of going to work and returning when they called to say they were on the way. If I had known there was no possibility that they would arrive before 9:30 I could have worked 1.5 hours. Then traffic was bad so he didn't arrive until after 10. I understand the nature of scheduling and dealing with unexpected variables, but this could certainly be improved.

Curry Law Family: HVAC companies, we selected Garick for our huge project! We needed our attic cleared out, a new HVAC system and all new ductwork installed, and new insulation. Halfway through we decided to also have them change out the exhaust fans in our bathrooms. Warren was a our project manager and went above and beyond ensuring all of our wants and needs were exceeded!! He was extremely thorough, diligent, communicative, and made sure we were happy during and after the install. Owned by Clark and Rush, we loved the personalized service of a small business but the assurance that the work was backed by a large, well known company. They are very knowledgeable about the hvac units and can often offer suggestions on how to optimize the use of your units. William Brandt: Discover the Garick DifferenceMy family first discovered Garick in the 70s - about a year after they startedThey are named after their founders, Gary and Rick.We have stayed with them all these years because of their honesty and competence.All of their business comes from old customers or referrals - they do not advertise.My existing heat pump was 32 years old. it went out a few weeks ago, and rather than try to sell me a new one Curtis said "I fixed it so it will run anywhere from another month to five years but then you're going to need another one."Whatever it needed to be fixed right either part wasn't available or it was not fixable but he was able to patch it.He did not simply say as just about any other company would've said that "there's nothing I can do - you need a new system".He had come out a few years before for my upstairs unit - whatever that does - outside the compressor and it needed a circuit board. He said "I can order the factory one but I can get this generic one that is 30% of the cost".They've always looked after their customers and their customers remember.Companies that will come out to your house or business and just try to sell you a new system are a dime a dozen.Garick is the exception.

During their initial site inspection, they noticed our existing return air grill was small for the overall system size. They added a second return air grill, and what difference it made. The noise reduction was significant. We barely notice when the new system comes on. Anyone can come in and sell you something. A great company comes in and sells you the right thing. Premium Heating and Air did just that. Highly recommended.

As our renters have young children we were looking for a quick response time. We were offered a same day appointment. Mike showed up right on time. At first there was a thought that the unit was working again and he offered to waive the service fee. We decided to have him inspect the unit. He was professional and informative and operated on "If it's' not broke don't fix it!" He turned the unit on and watched it for 30 minutes when the motor seized up. As the part was not a standard part that he carried on the truck he made a trip to pick up the part and back the same day. Pricing was great, and his customer service amazing. No high pressure warranty sales talk, just honest reasonable repair with a smile. Just saved his contact information to my phone!

Lance Lau: When your AC goes out on a blazing hot day, you want a competent technician to repair it ASAP, and that is exactly what Chris Patterson did. I called 4 different AC repair companies and they were fully booked and could not come out for several days. When I called Chris, I left a message that I needed service as my unit went out of a 107 degree day. Within an hour, he said he was 10 minutes away!Despite the horrible heat, he quickly found the defective AC issues and explained what needed to be repaired. His price was very reasonable and lower than most larger companies. Chris was efficient in repairing the AC, he had all the parts that were needed in his van. The other for a installation of a new HVAC unit when the old one finally did bite the dust.
