Khaleela O'Neal: Loved living here for three years! M&T is the best complex in the Sacramento Area. Very pet and family friendly and safe. We used the resort like pool all the time, friendly neighbors, big grass area in the center, and maintenance was very prompt and communicative. I miss the gym there, I loved using the fitness studio. The parking spots are on the smaller side but they fit very large vehicles. I preferred having a very nice landscaped complex rather than a couple more inches of parking. My guests were always able to find a place to park. Not a single break-in or issue the entire 3+ years I was there. No hassle. I got my deposit back when I left within a few days.

Amir S: I lived in Legado de Ravel for 13 months. It’s a great apartment. The neighbors were good. You can almost find anything in walking distance. Heather is very helpful and responsive. Reyes is also very friendly and takes care of work orders quickly. This place is recommended!

Carlos Hernandez-Torres: Great apartment complex and even though it's fairly in the higher side of the rent, I had no problems besides maybe the rent being a little too high but besides that, it's a really nice apartment that's near Sacramento State University. Hopefully rent is a bit lower soon but besides that and sometimes the office closing earlier than 5pm. It's a nice cute place.

bestxXbudXxlayf: . The stellar pool and how good of a job the staff does at keeping it clean deserves at least 3 stars alone. The yards are beautiful with well maintained landscaping and trees. When the Mexican restaurant isn’t blasting loud music, the area is surprisingly quiet and peaceful for downtown. Front desk and maintenance have always been very responsive to my requests and work orders. The only issue I’ve had living here is the Capitol Towers parking garage

Had we not been moving out of state I can’t think of any reason that I would have chosen to move elsewhere.Amenities are amazing and well maintained considering the traffic and usage. There was one incident at the pool and the management took appropriate actions and instituted some rules that seemed to curb bad behavior for the remainder of my residency.I never have felt so secure and safe especially considering we lived on the first floor. There are s many key fob secured doors one would have to get through before they could enter your apartment uninvited. To be honest the number of doors is a little inconvenient as a resident but that is ok.One point of improvement is the carpet in the area that is shared by a restaurant tenant. The carpet got extremely greasy prety quickly one the business opened. Im assuming they want to keep carpet so that no one will slip on a greasy floor, but the carpet would stink and looks terrible. I would think there is a better solution.Parking garage was great value. Didnt have issues with the door like I have had at other apartments. Price was considerably cheaper and more spacious than my previous midtown apartment and others I looked atAnother point of improvement was the decision to remove dog waste baskets on the exterior of the building. When we first moved in there was at least one wastebasket on each side of the facility, but after some landscaping improvements they inexplicably removed I believe two of the cans which made it less convenient to dispose of pet waste. As a result, I feel like less people in general were picking up pet waste because it was no longer easy to dispose of. Lastly, for some reason there was broken glass on the sidewalks pretty often, but maintenance got better over time in cleaning it up or less glass was broken. To me the glass is a safety concern for my dogs feet. Luckily didnt have an issue.Lastly, I do wish the material used on the ground in the dog park was different. It is currently like a dirt or sand thing and when your dog chases the ball they easily kick up clouds of dirt which can get into the eyes and ears. Also the sand irritates my dogs paws.Overall would definitely recommend this apartment. The small points of improvement ate not something that would keep me from renting again and are not entirely in the management’s control.

Brandon Russell: Living here has been a breeze of fresh air! 3 years now and I appreciate how great communication of the office is. Kaiya the assistant is amazing always with a smile and great with answering all my questions and handling all my issues. Haley is also amazing, Kaiya and Haley are definitely a good face for this company ! Don’t plan on moving anytime soon ! Haven’t met the new manager yet but with this foundation should be an easy squeeze ! If you’re looking for an apartment definitely come look at Larkspur !

J Scott: I have been here for six months and all has been well. The office staff as well as the maintenance staff have all done a really good job with communicating and completing maintenance needs.The one complaint that I do have is the walkways and stairways leading to my apartment area. It has been really dirt since moving here. There's lots of debris from the trees, bird nest and cobwebs everywhere. I asked how often do they power wash or just clean the stairways and I never received a response.Other than that, I have no major issues here.
