    Janice Leal: Beware when renting a car from budget. Upon arrival We went directly to a budget Rent-A-Car and the price everything was just like we were expecting. However, I never in 1 million years expected to get an electric car . This was quite disturbing for myself, and my daughter, as we had numerous visits lined up and we鈥檙e basically on a time line. The lady we dealt with, at the counter was not very cooperative, but in the end, we finally got a card to our liking. I think it should be made very clear when you rent a car from a rental car company that the car will be an electric car and I know that in advance I would鈥檝e never rented from budget

    Four Fitzs: Great experience from contract, car pickup to dropoff. Midsize SUV was newer and well appointed. Price was competitive and honored after dropoff. Will definitely choose Budget for my future rental needs.

    Markiz515: When I came in to pick up the car at 8 am it was not ready as it still needed to be cleaned and washed. The local team saw the urge to get that done quick for me and all helped the service personnel to mob, wash, and polish. Thank you for pulling that together.

    Adan Phu: My mind was blown away! The people that were there when I rented this car were insanely nice!!!!!!!!!!!! I went to Enterprise before and they were insanely expensive!I gave Hertz a try because Hertz in Los Angeles when I was working there as an ~engineer was very terrible because of the employees there. Not nice people but the people here were so nice!!!I got a Polestar 2 for less than $30 a day or ~$198 for one week after tax!!! I only had to return the car within plus minus 5 or 10% the level of the battery when I got it.I saw bird droppings on the hood of the car so I was afraid what if Hertz will turn back and say I damaged the car because bird droppings can destroy the glossy layer of the car. So I asked the employee there about the problem and they helped with right away!All the employees at this Hertz were incredibly nice, honest, and not intimidating!!! I did not feel intimidated at all but one girl even joked around that she made a mistake in saying the car needs oil change soon when it is an electric car rather than trying to lie to hide it. You gave me a very good impression at this location Hertz. One girl there went to Sac State.

Jackie, stands out for her attitude, smile and great customer service. My car was clean, they serviced the line well and Anamika checked me in promptly upon my return. Great price in the off season as well.Would return if and when needed!

Most car rental companies will have the class of car that you reserved but not that exact model.The pick up and drop off experiences were both quick friendly and efficient. I also like that the price I was quoted when I reserved and when picked up, stayed the same when I dropped off. The price did not increase like it always seems to do with other rental car companies.Hats off to Hertz and the staff at this location !
