Working with an experienced certified trainer ensures your workout is a positive and highly informative experience. Your trainer will motivate you as well as give you modifications when needed. TWT’s clients range from teens to seniors (65+). Working out at the TWT studio is a fitness experience unlike any other.

At the TWT studio, customized workouts are offered for all of our clients. Our trainers believe clients should have the option to cross-train and experience a variety of training formats. Practicing different formats gives you a unique opportunity to gain strength, endurance, balance, flexibility, and mental focus.
