Beth Spillman: I have saved three baby birds and a baby groundhog and taken them here. Staff is very nice. Make sure you donate. They need help.
Nancy Scott: took the time to take me into the shelter and take care of the baby opposum I was bringing in. She took the time to tell me about possums and that it was probably a little boy. I will miss this little fellow, but feel so relieved leaving the little guy in your capable hands. Many thanks and blessings to all of you at the center and the great work you do! Paco Rubio: The woman who took care of us was so polite and helpful. We dropped off an injured squirrel and they so gently got it from my car. I know it is in the best hands.

unicorns and rainbows and chicken and stars: Found a gull with oil on it and had no idea what to do. They helped enormously. Well worth the drive from south county to HB! That gull is in good hands. If you find a wounded sea bird please consider taking it here instead of leaving it to suffer! This facility is there for them.

You guys got right back to me to advise what to watch for, explained the phase of development they were in is essentially “tree hopping” with mom/dad checking/feeding them and when to be concerned/contact you for further assistance. So far so good, however now only one has come back that may need further assistance. Thanks for all you do and let’s pray for the little barn owls!

Jo H: We got our pup from Forever Home by happening upon gone of their events in a parking lot of a PetSmart. Best dog ever. She came home with lots of worms but we expected that may be the case. She came home with is at 7 weeks old and I think they should’ve waited another week to keep her with her Mama who was found in a foreclosed home but was also adopted out. Overall happy though.
